It was a chilly night in PebbleVersionville. Most people were in bed, but still a few people walked the streets. Among these fellows were Josiah, Sira, Kaida, Silver, Gar, Poik, Simsmagic, Cheez, Quick! and me, Saber. Of course, we weren't all walking together, it's just that I happen to know that all of us were outside at that certain timestance. How do I know? I so happened to run into all of these oh so shady characters that night.
Anyways, on that particular night, somethind dreadful occured. A MMMMMMMMMMMMMMermaid was beached on the shore. Luckily, the local police was able to save her in time. That's where I was, at the scene of the disaster. I was on my way home, when I heard a strange noise. Curiosity won me over, and I dashed toward the sound to find---Josiah, who had spilled his Ink all over himself. I told the distraught fellow that the ink wasn't very visible in the dark, and that he'd be able to go home and clean up with no one the wiser. He thanked me, and left.
No sooner had he gone then I herad yet another noise! I rounded a corner to see SIMSMAGIC COVERED IN BLOOOO--oh, wait, that was some more ink. Man, what was up with people spilling thier ink?
I left Sims only to soon after bump into Silver. His pet bird had escaped, and he was searching for it. With him were Sira and Quick!. I tipped my hat to them and wished them luck, then headed off.
Again, I ran into yet another fellow late-night-person-who-is-outside-at-this-hour. Kaida. She screamed upon seeing me, which startled me nearly as much as I had startled her. "Oh, thank goodness!" she said to me. "Quick, follow me!" Without waiting for a response, the distraught Kaida dashed away, and I followed moments after.
She led me to the scene--OF A MOVIE SET! Cheez and Poik were creating a short film, and they had lost their movie camera! I quickly agreed to help locate it, though it grew late and I should have been searching for my bed rather than a video camera.
My search led me to a back allyway. I saw a figure out of the corner of my eye. "Hello?" I ventured. No response. I got closer, and saw droplets of ink on the ground. Wait... that wasn't ink! IT WAS...... BLOOD!
Eyes widened in fear and surprise, I looked over to the figure, whom I now recognized to be.... GAR! He was covered in blood, a knife portruding from his chest. With a gasp, I saw a note was tied to the murderous weapon. Timidly, I took the note, and struggled to read it in the low light.
Beware. The Mafia is here.
COLLECTIVE GASP!
I cried out for help, and all of the townsfolk who I had run into earlier that night dashed over. They all gasped in horror. With a shaking finger, I turned to the crowd.
"One of you... is the mafia."
So... which one of you is it? HM?!

Nice way to make all of think we'd gotten killed before getting to the important part... Clever though.
Anyway, I'm going to pin the blame on Sims. Since I can't imagine why he'd be walking around at night with a bunch of ink. Maybe it really was blood...

Euch, Josiah, why would I kill Gar? I would NEVER want to get that stuff on me! It would never come off of my clothes!
That being said, I'm going to vote for Kaida. Why else would she scream upon seeing Saber UNLESS SHE WAS THE MAFIA? She then attempts to act unsuspicious by leading her to what she thought was an abandoned movie set, where she would kill her undetected! But upon seeing that Cheez and Poik were there, her plans were ruined. Angry at this fact, she sneaks away without looking for the lost camera.

. Whenever my friends and I play, we integrate several people into the story. I'm usually obnoxious and keep making people think different people are going to die.

Josiah seems to be a very suspicious character here. When Saber found him, he had supposedly spilled Ink on himself. Saber herself said it was too dark for anyone to really notice it. That said, she probably didn't get a good look at it. Maybe this Ink wasn't ink at all. Maybe it was the blood of an unfortunate victim!
