So, who do you think is better? Spider Man or Iron Man? This not only means who can beat the other in a fight, but also who's theme is better.
I personally think that Spider Man wins on both accounts, 1) Because after he got organic web shooters, he turned Iron Man into a big ball of webbing, and 2) is 60s theme just gets into your head and will not go away.

I think Spidey is cooler, but Iron Man is definitely stronger. Iron Man can simply use his lasers to zap through Spiderman's toughest web, and then finish him off with a plasma disk. The only way I can see Spidey winning is if he chokes Iron Man with a really tough web.
Theme? Spiderman wins, definitely. Unless its Ozzy Ozborne's Iron Man, XD.

Bah. Spider-man can just leap and jump around Iron Man while making snarky comments at him, not to mention blind him. Besides, Iron Man was enemies with Captain America! Captain America is, well, Captain America!

I would definitely say Iron Man is stronger, but he's still my fav superhero. But Spiderman is definitely cooler and has a WAY better personality than Tony Stark does.
Besides, Spiderman has a better moral behind the storyline. Spiderman's moral is about responsibility while Iron Man's is more about revenge (from what I think of it).

The Iron Man film was much better. Plus, we need to look at alter egos here: Tony Stark is the super-genius head of a several-hundred-billion-dollar company. His private life is that of VIP parties, endless one-night stands, luxury mansions, luxury cars and luxury everything else. Peter Parker on the other hand is a meek, dorky freelance photographer who still lives with his elderly aunt. Plus, the One More Day storyline made me bang my head against the wall so hard that I gave myself a concussion. There is simply no contest: Iron Man kicks Spiderman's arse six ways into next Thursday.
