Sorry, just had to put that out there. Two of my friends have sliver decks, and I have a Madness deck (*evil cackle*) that has one sliver in it (well, one type of sliver. 3 of them, I think, in the deck). We were playing a three-way battle, they with their sliver decks and I with my madness deck. My slivers got the bonuses, whereas the sliver bonus mine gave is totally useless in a non-madness deck :D.
