Hey. Who has two thumbs and forgot a huge summer assignment until three days before it was due? Siranae.

From the morning of the sixth to the night of the eighth I spent every waking hour of free time trying to get it done. Thankfully, I did. All nineteen pages worth.
And get this, the same teacher who assigned it to me gave me homework on the first day of school that took three pages to write. Woo.

You think I'd be sick of staring at a monitor after all those countless hours of work, but darn it, you guys are just too much fun.

Hihi. I'm nearing the last evening of my summer, which is slightly depressing...
I have some tests coming up to that are pretty darn important for college, and as this is my Junior year in High School, I'll have to watch my GPA and whatevernot too. Not too excited about this year, honestly, but eh... at least I'll get to see my friends again?

On the plus side I have a job interveiw on friday at a place that sells really awesome stuff (that I keep buying v.v) and seems to be really fun to work at. I'm not sure if I want the job or not though cuz Vancouver has so many opportunities to get into the film industry which is what I really want.

Meh, we'll see what happens. Things will work out. as long as I can get a job that will give me a bit of money to live on cuz I'm running out fast.

Anyways, just got back from 9: Aside from the okay ending (pretty much the same as the short it's from), it was Freaking Amazing! They could have had more scenes with 7 and 8, but meh it's all good. And is it just me or is there something awesome about a girl(?) wearing a bird skull for a helmet?

Just started my first day of school here, that should be interesting. I'm taking 2 biologies, a chem, psychology, and retaking physics from last year - different teacher, so this year I have a chance to pass it too!

Uh... school is annoying and stuff. Still upset about chem. Working on projects and such leaves little free time. Marching band. First football game tomorrow. Nervous me. Hi, college homework is annoying. It's still busywork so far though.

Yesterday I flipped my bike. Exciting. Now my scraped up knee is swollen because I was in class instead of applying ice, and I think I bruised my knuckles doing the Tae Kwon Do style pushups. Fun, fun. But at least I managed to get the person granting excused absences into thinking my crash yesterday actually kept me from lab. I didn't lie, so I'll take the retake gladly, as he can't say I broke the honor contract if he finds out.

Huh? I didn't really say much, I mean the movie 9 was originally a short animated video (about 15-20 mins I think) a guy did for a school project apparently. And about the characters, well you see then on the commercials all the time.

Hi! The online component of my classes is down, meaning I can't look up my reading assignments. Well, as long as it's fixed later today or by tomorrow I should be fine. I'm also, I'm teaching a friend how to drive. Fortunately, she's picking it up pretty quickly (fortunately, since we're using my car). It's strange how many of my friends here don't have liscenses though. I'm still of the mindset that nearly everyone in the US gets them as soon as possible...

OMGOMGOMG HEART GOLD/SOUL SILVER IS COMING IN TWO DAYS!

Admittedly it's only going to be in Japan, but I still can't wait for it to finally come out, mainly for the music. I expect an epic remix of the Champion battle theme.

So, are you going to get it when it comes out in the U.S.? If so, which version? I'm going with Soul Silver, due the the fact that Silver was the first Pokemon game I ever played.

I'm getting SoulSilver also, when it comes out. Simply because Silver Version was the best Pokemon game I've ever played, of the ones I've tried (Red, Silver, Sapphire, Colosseum, LeafGreen, and Pearl). Also, I have nothing against Ho-oh, but Lugia's Aeroblast is just too awesome to pass up. My friend really wants HeartGold, so perhaps we could trade each other back and forth to complete our Pokedexes.
Konnichiwa. My mom has turned me into her amateur clothing modification tailor or something. I'm resewing buttons and hemming pant legs almost every time she does the laundry. She had me hem my own prom dress two years ago, too. Then again, I did kind of sew myself an entire cosplay outfit, so I guess she's qualified to make me do all that work. Plus her eyes aren't as great as they used to be; she can't thread needles half the time.
Additionally, I randomly got the urge to reread the pit dragon series by Jane Yolen. First read it in elementary school and thought the books were pretty good. Never found the third one, though. Looked her up on Wikipedia a few days ago and found out there's a fourth book now. I'm going to wait for a paperback version to come out before asking my dad if I can buy it through his Amazon.com account. He gets discounts on shipping, or something like that.

I'm getting Heart Gold 'cos Gold was the first pokemon game I ever... well, played would be incorrect. I played for about 5 minutes on my friend's blue version. Owned would also be incorrect. My friend left it over my house (against my knowledge), and he forgot about it and I conveneiently kept forgetting to tell him after I had found it. I eventually told him at the end of the summer, by which time I had beaten the game. I gave it back, but he actually ended up coming over my house (with the game) and we tried to play it, but it's messed up so all save files get deleted. He didn't care about it, so he left it here. I guess I own it now?

Anywho, homework and stuff is obnoxious. For the sake of a project, I took one of my school binders from last year and cut off the covers. Needless to say, I had a good deal of fun with that. I had thought the binder might come in handy later.... didn't quite expect to use it like that, but, regardless......

Blah. Should get back to that project.
