Hm... I guess that could work.

Well, actually, the Sabers are re-used over and over by the god's Saber Knights over time. But, for reasons of his own, Zeus could have chosen to hide away his orignal and re-make a different one for later Saber Knights. That could be fine. I kinda had something similar planned for other gods.

Vulcan's current Saber Knight, at least, forged their own Saber (with the spirit of Vulcan guiding them, of course) after Vulcan destroyed the original many years ago due to his Saber Knight becoming Corrupted.

Um, as every Saber Knight comes from their own unique planet, I kinda hoped I'd be able to have fun with the world setting and places. I didn't want to take the design right from a map of ancient Egypt, so I'd kinda made a different one. That's why I gave the place a different name (Kaimana. But I don't think my character's actually mentioned the name of her homeworld yet ). We'll keep the river as the Nile, but don't expect cities that existed back then to be on my home planet. Just a heads up.

So, here's a little information for so far in the story: The environment is like that of the Nile River Delta, so there's a lot of trees (mostly palm-tree-ish ones), it's hot (you probably knew that) and there aren't any pyramids and sphinxes (...Okay, I don't know if they were in the Delta area or not, but we're currently not near any).

Oh, and to prevent plot holes in the future, mammals like dolphins and whales are fish here.

I didn't make Azriel specify that was the Nile, actually. I was just using it as a frame of reference, since I had no idea what you were doing with your home world. So if you want to change the name of that, too, go ahead. :3

Oops, I wasn't talking about that, Mandi Sorry about that. I meant I was going to keep that (and maybe some other things) the same so you guys wouldn't have to wait for me to explain everything. So the Nile and all it's tributaries are still there. At least the upper half is the same.

Well, the Nile is pretty important in Ancient Egyptian culture, so yeah.

I've actually been doing some Wild Mass Guessing and assumed that in dimensions that have real cultues, like Greece, Egypt, and Norway take place on separate earths, but that one group of mythology is real. Like, where Agnamatus comes from, Egypt and Rome exist, but the Greek Gods are real. Same for Azriel. As I said, WMG.

I think that'd only work for the dimensions based on cultures on Earth. Azriel...he's in the world of Norse mythology, so he wouldn't recognize any names like Egypt or Greece. For that matter, people in Egypt and Greece probably wouldn't recognize names like New Bark Town, either.

I just kinda thought that it was a world based on the culture. Again, I'm not good at thinking everything through for these things

Oh, and just because I'm a stupid and wasn't thinking straight and am too lazy to undo some plot stuff I've got, there are some gods that overlap on powers. It's just that there's a major god, and then maybe (not always) some minor gods that aren't as powerful. Therefore, they have weaker Saber Knights. But, there are also gods that overlap in different mythologies and can be the same god, if we feel like making it that way.

Well, might as well get my character profile back up here. I'm going to go along with the idea that Vegier's patron god had whisked him back to his own dimension for a mission of some sort when Marina had teleported everyone to Fanterra. Sketch of Vegier was done by a friend. :D

Personality: Often described as "cowardly" compared to the other Arcs (though Vegier always preferred the words "overly cautious"), Vegier spent most of his childhood alternating between training and studying about demons so he would have an easier time fighting the demons on his home world. However, after becoming a Saber Knight, he found himself in different worlds where creatures that he had never seen before live. As a result, he often finds himself hesitating when faced against an opponent he has never seen before. He also finds it hard to adapt to living and fighting without his wings, as he usually used his wings for combat. Though usually appears to be serious, he is, in fact, somewhat naive and clueless.
Appearance: Like others of his race, Vegier possesses a pair of bat-like wings on his back, enabling him to fly quickly. However, because of the size of his wings, he cannot fly for long periods of time without resting. The wings are used for quick travels and combat. Vegier also has black hair with bangs that stop just before his eyebrows. His eyes are dark brown and can be easily mistaken for black. His clothes consist of a simple gray tunic and dark gray trousers.

Well, since I feel more comfortable RPing my own character, I kind of changed the patron god into an original character. She's still the goddess of night, though. If that's not okay, I can change it back.

Just so you guys aren't in the dark on this, the place where we currently are in Kaimana is much like area of the Nile River delta. So, there's more trees and not too many sand dunes.
