Mewtwo or Darkrai? Who'll win the ultimate uber battle?
I'd have to say Darkrai. But unless Mewtwo hits it with Aura Sphere, than Mewtwo wins.

Darkrai is immune to most of Mewtwo's best attacks and has plenty of attacks that Mewtwo is weak too. It'd probably win.

Darkrai for me is a lot cooler, but its slower, sadly. Darkrai would probably take maybe one hit from Mewtwo's best fighting attack, Darkrai uses Dark Void, puts Mewtwo to sleep. Maybe this is a reference I don't understand.....
But why is this question being asked? I mean, Darkrai is a dark type, meaning it's got a significant edge on Mewtwo. Unless this is perhaps an upcoming TV episode or movie....

Mewtwo outruns Darkrai, and knocks it out with a single Focus Blast. Mewtwo can survive one Dark Pulse, which helps in case Focus Blast misses the first time. However, if Darkrai can get Mewtwo to sleep, it's all over. Aura Sphere is an another attack for Mewtwo that really hurts Darkrai, but it doesn't KO Darkrai unless Mewtwo is lucky or holding an item of some sort.
