I'm fine with it. I'll even help out at times. I just made one minor edit to your rules. Namely, high-seas training is only available to people who are able to participate in high-seas battles.

I want a 2nd opinion on my retort. Spelling aside, you can massacure skills. It basicly means you compleatly fail at your skills. You massacure them. Can we call judge on retorts?
