Fate Stay Night

A series involving an amateur magus and a war for the Holy Grail and he's partnered with blonde female knight. Anyone heard or have read about? I know its a dubbed anime.

I've heard that the anime is so-so. Haven't really heard much about the manga. But I have played the entirety of the game which they're based on. It never made it out of Japan, but there's a pretty good fan translation of the original PC version available online, though you need the actual game discs to play it. The story is really really good but, as there's lots of branching paths, any attempt to adapt it into a single story (anime, manga, etc) would have to leave a lot of really important elements out. The game itself is a visual novel (think a much much much longer more complex Choose Your Own Adventure book with pictures and music) but it contains a few H scenes (annoying in my opinion, since they're really not needed for the story) so it really isn't appropriate for anyone under 18. There was a PS2 version released a bit later on, without the H scenes, but it never got translated either.
