Just asking for a quick clarification of what magics can be used for before I begin.

Magic can do all sorts of stuff. However, since your character is an elf (...right? I'm remembering correctly), he cannot use dark or light magic, as they are only used by demons and angels respectively (which is why the two races hate each other). Well, he could if he made a pact with a spirit, but that is really unadvised, considering the spirit basically eats away at your soul. Yeah.

So yeah... make things go boom, levitate stuff. Meh. Just ask me if you have anything particular in mind that you're worried about.

Magic needs words, ElementCrafting does not.

Er, Eclectic...
Small animals like the kind Wodahny would be likely to hunt for breakfast (rabbits, larger ground-nesting birds, etc.) would be keeping to dense vegetation to keep hidden. While it is true that wind normally doesn't alarm them, a wind as strong as the one Gilanthas just sent downward...Well, I quote from SK's post.
A giant, powerful gust of air shot from his hands, rustling up all of the vegetation below, exposing anyone who might not want to be seen.
Hiding animals are NOT accustomed to that sort of wind. Not unless angels frequently do this sort of thing in this area, or sudden bursts of wind strong enough to "rustle up all of the vegetation" are commonplace, and they've gotten used to it happening. To my knowledge, that doesn't happen. So unless SK herself says otherwise, I'm going to assume anything counting as "prey" is safely out of reach, either having flown away or dove into underground burrows.

Yes, I was just about to make a similar comment. A big gust like that would certainly scare away small prey. If a cat stalking a rabbit makes a mistake and makes even a slight noise, the rabbit will bound away. Looking at that, it's almost certain a giant gust of wind would send the prey running.

Uh... would you guys mind... y'know... comin' back... y'all left, and it's harder to advance stuff if your characters are chillin' at home.

I just recently came back to the PV forums and I've been on a look out for a roleplay I could join. I asked Mandi and she suggested this one. That being said, would anybody mind if I joined? x3 (Namely, SK. xD)

Yes, that'd be totally awesome (and I got reccomended? Whoo! :D )

And, since I'm posting, might as well just tell some more stuff....

WaterCrafters are able to actually create water. However, you can't create something from nothing. Remember how I said that living creatures are created from the 4 elements? Well, WaterCrafers (they need to be a bit skilled to do stuff like this) can draw on the water inside of them. Though, this is extremely draining, and they prefer to Craft water that's already there. Also, after using the water inside if them, they'll need to visit an outside source of water (lake, sea, etc.) to restore the lost water. That's why merpeople like the water so much, and they don't stay outside of it for too long. Just makes it easier.

And that's my bit on Azuri for now :P
