Well I just finally beat the first Pokemon Ranger game last night. I've had that game for some time now. It took me like a year after I bought it to even play it (was busy with other games when I got it) and then got stuck in one part, didn't play for awhile, then I played again and got up to the first Charizard battle, couldn't beat it and then didn't play for afew months. Started it back again on Saturday and finished it last night. Now time for the next game, though I've missed out on most of the special missions.

Getting near the end of Castlevania Order of Ecclesia, though there's still the second character to play through with after that. Although I might not finish with him, just depends how much fun I've having with the replay and how tempting it is to play a different portable game. It's not like the extra characters in Castlevania games have any story to their modes, so I wouldn't really be missing anything if I didn't finish and I've got so many other DS and PSP games to play...
I finished up Zone of the Enders: The Second Runner yesterday so, when I have some time, I'll be starting the new Prince of Persia next.

I've been playing a lot of Civ: Rev on my ps3, that game is way too addicting.

The new Prince of Persia is cool, though I should probably focus on LittleBig Planet right now cause of a class project (the current plan for my applied game design class is to make a series of LBP levels as our big semester long project).
As it so happens, I have another class that actually involves playing games (and trust me, it's a rare event). Everyone in my game testing class is supposed to choose and sign up for a couple of game betas. So, for the next few months I'll probably be playing Smash Online and Shin Megami Tensei: Imagine Online at least somewhat regularily. Wouldn't mind some people to play with if anyone is interested. Smash Online is an online tennis game with some sorta RPGish character building aspects. I only spent about ten minutes on it so far so I can't say much. SMTIO or Megaten, as it's frequently abbreviated, is a Japanese MMORPG (made in Japan, but this is the English version) based on the Shin Megami Tensei games (Persona, Digital Devil Summoner, etc). Gameplay wise, think something like a darker post apocolytic take on Pokémon. I've played for a couple hours and it's pretty cool so far. Both are in open beta (so anyone can sign up) and free to play (though you can pay real money for some special items and stuff).

Finished story mode in LittleBig Planet, which I've been powering through so I could unlock items for use in my Applied Game Design level project. Still have to go through all the tutorials for the level builder though. And I've got to start spending more time with those beta games I mentioned... Still playing the new Prince of Persia as well, but not much since the school related games are taking priority.

Done with Prince of Persia. My next big console game will probably be Super Paper Mario, though not till after E3. And the first part of that FFIV sequel comes out on WiiWare next week, so I might run through that first.
But anyway, for the next few weeks I'll probably be focusing more on the games I'm supposed to be playing for school stuff (so Smash Online, Megaten, and an assortment of casual stuff).
