Daily Strip Discussion
Re: Daily Strip Discussion
Y'know, with a name like Theif for that TM, I really should have seen that coming.

Re: Daily Strip Discussion
PV has done that weird thing that ROM sometimes does. The comic has been uploaded and you can read it in the archives, but it isn’t on the main page as the current comic, it is still Wednesdays comic.
"BOW BEFORE THE SHAUNINESS THAT IS SHAUNI! "--Shadowman
"Shauni fell down a drainage ditch and died. That was the end of her pokemon journey. "--Shauni

Re: Daily Strip Discussion
Josiah, I love you.
That is all.
That is all.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Re: Daily Strip Discussion
Glad you liked it! I needed some crackpot theory for the day care man to have about eggs and, since you're the undisputed master of those, I figured there was no need to make up my own.
Re: Daily Strip Discussion
Y'know, usually people make fanart after something happens in the comic. In this case, Mandi seems to have done it before. Maybe Gar's not the only psychic member here

I'm glad I got here first, because Silver would kill you.

Re: Daily Strip Discussion
I put "too"? Must have been a typo... Will fix sooner or later.
Re: Daily Strip Discussion
I think the "to"s are out to get your grammar, Josiah. This is the second time in a row. In the first panel, I think it should be "too" suspicious. Not "to".
Also, love the bonus comic

Oh, and I agree with Sira. The bonus comic made me laugh. :D
May the Triforce be with you.

Re: Daily Strip Discussion
H-hey! We don't text... that much... And I wouldn't be doing it during an interview especially!
I would, however, actually be talking on the phone, you know, with actual words... See? We're above texting.
...Shut up! Having spent over 5 hundred hours on my cell phone after owning it less than five months isn't pathetic at all!

Re: Daily Strip Discussion
When I get busy with other things *cough*finals*cough* I tend to spend less time working on PV, which means some strips get a bit rushed and aren't proof read as well as they should be. I'll fix that...
I generally prefer talking to texting as well. Though, considering your sprite, Silver, texting was a whole lot easier to do. Plus, I think it'd be more likely for someone to text during an interview than take a phone call.

Re: Daily Strip Discussion
Where can I find the bonus comic featuring Silver? And where can I find bonus comics?Josiah wrote:There's a new voter bonus comic. This week we've got another special one, featuring forum member Silver.
Re: Daily Strip Discussion
Yeah, just vote for the comic on TWC. Other bonus comics are in the archives. On the Pebble Version front page, Josiah wrote:There's a new voter bonus comic. This week we've got another special one, featuring forum member Silver. Speaking of bonus comics, it seems like Pebble Version hasn't been getting as many votes over the last few weeks as it usually does. I'm kinda curious as to why. Everyone on summer vacation? Is the new vote confirmation system TWC is using too hard to figure out?

Re: Daily Strip Discussion
To vote, just click on the Top Web Comics (TWC) banner or button on the main page then follow the instructions to confrim your vote. Assuming you did it correctly, you'll see the latest bonus comic. A new bonus comic goes up every Friday (the current one is the one with Silver). Old bonus comics can be found on the Archives page.

Ok, thanks
