King of the Forums 2009 Bonus Challenge #4

It's time for the final bonus challenge of this year's KotF! If you've been around for previous KotF Contests you might have seen this coming. But, anyway, the challenge is to make a Pebble Version guest comic. It can be hand drawn, sprites, photos of yourself cosplaying all the characters, or whatever other art style you want to use but it has to be related to Pebble Version (the comic, not the forums) and should be rated G or PG. As before, you can enter multiple times and will have a chance to win multiple prizes if you do so. You need to post your entries in this thread before the end of KotF, which is midnight of the 14th (Tuesday), US Mountain Standard time.

First Prize: 40 points
Second Prize: 30 points
Third Prize: 20 points

Alright, here's my first entry.

I must start off with saying I am really pleased with how the Brendan sprite came out. Well, the torso and up at least. Got lazy with the legs. I don't say that much. It just...looks good, and I'm really happy. 'Course I only have one pose so far, but, meh. There's a lot you can do with one pose.



I'll probably get some more up here if I make more poses. That or I'll think of more ideas with Brendan stationary. :D

I don't actually have a sheet of backgrounds, I just assemble them as needed for each strip so I can't really give you any. I can provide a few Xain and Cali sprites though.

I...don't know if I'll enter this one. I can come up with decent one-shot images, but it's a lot harder for me to think of something in comic strip format. If I think of something and manage to finish it quickly enough, I might put something up. Later. When it's not 3 in the morning. * shifty eyes*
