????? But the game doesn't come out for another month! I know that reviewers get copies of games early, but this is ridiculous...

Metal Gear Solid 4 and Resistance 2 apparently both used all the 50gb of space available on the Blu-ray disc... does that count?
Not really. Although, it does make it seem rather likely that FFXIII will do the same, meaning that the 360 version would need like 6 DVDs... That aside though, what I meant by the full power of the PS3 is the full processing and graphical power. It's usually takes a few years before developers really figure out how to push a system to its limits. Just compare the "amazing looking" early games on a system to the "amazing looking" late games, it's a pretty big difference. What I'm worried about is that Square is known for really pushing the limits of a system, particularily in FF games, and, when it comes down to the technical specs, the PS3 is around twice as powerful as the 360. And I'm gonna be pretty upset if I have to wait longer for the the English copy of FFXIII because Square is busy trying to squash it onto the 360. Stupid simultanious launch plans...

Nintendo would have no doubt done a better job with it.

So I finally downloaded the demo for Resistance: Retribution (the PSP one). The graphics? Beautiful. The controls? Difficult and agitating. They use the X O and all those buttons as the right analog stick, smart idea but it does not work! :-q

Modern Warfare 2 was announced, which excites me because the first one was part of my super awesome quintuple FPS tag-team of sheer pwnage. Which reminds me, I need to send Insomniac that email about things to fix for Resistance 3 if it ever is announced...

Hm...well I saw that Resistance: Retribution was getting really great reviews, so I gave it another shot. The control scheme is a bit awkward at first, but after a while it's really not that bad. Plus the graphics are awesome, so maybe it is worth buying if anyone's interested.

Uncharted 2 looks kewl... though hopefully there won't be any zombie/mutants this time around. Also Bioshock 2 (won't have to wait an extra year for the PS3 version this time around, w00t) and R&CF:A Crack in Time.

Though it'll be here later his year (just came out in japan) does anyone know if Pokemon Dungeon: Explores of the Sky is a continuation of Time/Darkness or is it like a Directors Cut with extra stuff added to Time/Darkness and given a new name?

Just wondering so I can decide if I should wait for Sky or get Darkness so I can understand what's going on in Sky?

Arg....stuck on the Diva of Twilight in Lost Magic. I can beat her first phase, but then she summons a bunch of monsters and I'm all "O CRAP". So, I went and played a bit of Nintendogs....but then got bored. Played a few levels of FE: SD in H3 mode. Haaaaard, but I'm surviving...sorta.

Now that I'm home, I'm playing RB2 a bit, Tango's playing LoZ: Wind Waker and I played Baten Kaitos Origins for a bit. Variety. It's the spice of life. Not the vinegar. Spice.

Ugh I can't wait for Diablo 3! I went on the website just a while ago and watched all the videos (last time I was there, they only had the teaser trailer) and I'm totally in love with the game already. Definitely playing as a Witch Doctor, pet casters for the win!
