Wellll...it's hard to say without knowing where the fight takes place on the sliding scale of Idealism vs. Cynisism. If it's on the Ideal side, the angel would win. If it were on the Cynic side, it depends on how strong they are, if they have any history with each other, ect.

Shoes, because you can't run in sandles. Also, if they actually could fight eachother, shoes would stop on the sandles and strangle them with shoelaces. Then again, sandles could step on the shoe's lace and trip it.
