Wow. Those are actually... quite good. I ahven't looked at the others up close yet, but here's the (better) form of your Cyndakip:

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Tyranizard is nifty. I haven't checked it out zoomed up yet so I can't give a real critique but it looks decent small. The left wing seems a bit odd, but that's all I can see at this size.

I think Tyranizard's tail could've been on the other side. It looks a bit twisted around at a strange angle the way it is now. Additionally, the original Tyranitar sprite's right side is closer to the viewer, so it'd make more sense to have the larger wing there, instead. Either that or flip the Tyranitar around so it's facing the other way.
Combining Larvitar and Charmander's tails is a bit strange-looking. Maybe just have Charmander's tail to make it look more like a fusion rather than a recolored Larvitar with a Charmander tail sticking out of it.
Aside from those, they're quite good. Torplup is cute.

Un-Fun Fact: All PNG's of Charizard that I can find have the outlining black, and when you paste it in, it's SURROUNDED by black, 
. I had to do the outline myself.

Yeah, I hate when that happens. Try Print Screening it off the web and pasting it into Paint.
