Then again, I've always been quite impartial to asparagus. Canned asparagus. I don't think I've had real asparagus. Kind of sad.

My mom actually had an asparagus plant in her garden all those years ago when I lived out in the country. Well, it was snowing last night, and I was so excited I ran outside...in a short sleeved t-shirt. I didn't even realize how cold it was. Unfortunately, it rained later on and washed it away. But with snow weather so close to the holidays, maybe we'll get a white Christmas after all.

Hi! Chanukah starts tonight! Though I probably won't be doing much for it until I get back to CO (my brother and I are driving there on Tuesday). I don't even have a menorah here...

Anyway, my plans for today involve Metroid Prime 3. Though I really should take a little while to clean my apartment as well. And I need to make some more sprites for my game project, so it's not all fun and games.

OH GOD THE SNOW!

Just a week ago, we had nada, but on Wednesday we got a few inches (resulting in a school delay :D ), on Friday we got probably about a foot (resulting in an early release from school :D :D ), and it's been snowing hard for the past few hours, and it's supposed to total about 10 inches. EET'S EVERYWHERE! :D

So, being the mature kid I am, I got on my snow gear and went sledding. Very fun.

Not that anyone really cares, I almost made an program that imitates learning in a game I'm making, but it turns out the "stimuli" creates a number too big to be calculated without rounding in the medium I'm programming in. So I have to force it to stop rounding. Still this is kind of exciting to me, it's a breakthrough for me.

actually kind of afraid of the crash later because I have to work but I guess more fire enghines while working will solve that!

Ohayou.
Read two new manga series today. Neither are finished, and both update irregularly, so I have no idea when I'll get to read the next chapter for either of them... ;_;
Anyway, the first was Bloody Monday, which has some annoyingly adult themes as well as somewhat graphic sequences. Whoo. >>
I only read it 'cause someone present at the time mentioned it was a TV series of some sort, and I was curious. Didn't realize it was...sort of for adults...ah well, I'm 18, what the heck.
Second was Kuroshi_tsugi, which is supposed to be one word but as I noticed in the Christmas wish thread, would be censored out if I didn't add something. I really like this manga, although I seriously can't tell what the main characters are thinking. They act like they truly care for one another's wellfare, then they do or say something that puts a whole "I only obey him 'cause I'm under a contract and I get his soul at the end of all this which is why I'm doing any of this stuff anyway" feeling to their relationship. It's annoying me 'cause I want to think they're more friendly than that but...sometimes they just don't act it. Oh yes, and I found a few familiar seiyuu in the anime adaption, which had me alternately in hysterics and in shocked silence. Suwabe Junichi? Grimmjow? As an undertaker?
...
That was just...odd. It really was. :/
