I vote Josiah. Honestly, I'm not just being random, although the coffee isn't exactly helping that. I'm not convinced either. But a firm affirmation is more thought out (hopefully) than a divided crowd.

Ok, on with the exicution!

Once the tourists from Pebbleville accused Josiah of killing Marley, they thought up an appropriate exicution for him. One person suggested a beheading, another one a flogging. But ultimatly, they decided to reinact the scene "The Court of Miracles" from the Hunchback of Notre Dame, sans the gypsy saving Josiah from death.

After a very entertaining exicution, the tourests thought that the mafia was killed, and continued their tour of Paris, with the Eifel Tower thier next visit for the day.

You already revealed that the Mafia isn't Josiah. unless people choose not to vote Astral, just plug Astral into the death scene you wrote. Really

Oh. I didn't notice that Cheesey changed his vote to Josiah. So yeah, it was a tie. And as Blue Fire pointed out, you just told us that Josiah isn't the mafia. So... if we want to be fair to the mafia and Astral, the best way to do this is to just leave Josiah dead. If we want to be fair to Josiah, we kill Astral and move on with our lives. If we want to be fair to everyone else, we start over entirely and let the newb join in.
