Hi! Not sure about the sites Zagan mentioned, but you can definately trust Spybot Search & Destroy, Saber. It was one of the first good spyware removal programs and it's been reviewed by all the big magazines and such. If he still won't let you install it, PM me and we'll see if we can work out a time when we can both get on a chat program and I can try to walk you through a manual removal (no guarentee it'll work though, some adware is extremely nasty). One final note, NEVER trust random pop ups ads for anti-virus, anti-spyware, and the like. At best, it won't work, at worst it'll give you viruses and spyware.

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

All the same, right now the computer is being good. Sometimes popups appear in the form of websites. Sometimes it's those little grey boxes, saying "WARNING" and crap. "INSTALL OUR ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE OR ELSE YOU'RE SCREWED". That's the jist of it. *shrug* I just x them off real quick.
Can't wait 'til Thanksgiving. Get to see meh cousins.

Or, at least I figure I did. We got progress reports a few weeks ago and I had a perfect 100% average. Between now and then I've gotten a 95% on a quiz (*gasp*), turned in a few homework assignments and one late homework assignment, got a 100 on the project that she said is worth 20% of our grade and I feel I did really good on the test, but we haven’t gotten it back yet.

Hi! You can't get a virus, adware, or spyware just by Googling something. Going to some of the sites Google finds, maybe. But as long as you avoid "adult" sites and other obviously shady stuff you're probably ok. Also, don't download anything you're not sure about and keep keep Windows up to date (turn on auto-update). Though, if you use Outlook, you can also potentially get a virus by merely opening some spam e-mails.
I've got a big paper to write today and I'm off to a late start on top of that. So I might not be on much, if at all, until sometime tonight.

Got my math test I was worried about back.....
I originally had a 72%, but then the teacher took 8 points off the test (it was originally out of 63 pts, now it's 55) so that brought me up to a 82%. Still not too happy with my grade, but I did get a 95% on my project. They count as the same amount so, it all evens out for the most part.
Unfortunately, now everyone has to write test corrections. If we get ONE question wrong on the corrections, we lose all of the points. So, we either get 20 points (our grades work on a point system) or zippo. PANICKING HERE! I'm going to HAVE to stay after school.
Unless someone here would know how to find the orthocenter of a triangle when all you have are the midpoints of a triangle on a coodinate grid.
Bleh. Not the greatest day.

Yep, the power went out again. This time for a few hours. So, I couldn't finish my lab conclusion because I needed the online textbook. The power came on really late, but the internet wasn't working well. So I went into school early to finish it.

When protecting from viruses off google, AVG owns again!
AVG also has a outlook email checker. That's why you should get over to the AVG free site and download the newest one!
