Mute squeaked a little.
"Go, Cheeseball!"
"C'mon Torkal, win this one."
"Cheeseball! Mud-Slap!"
*Cheeseball ran up to the Torkal, Mud-Slapped, and since Torkal is so heavy it doesn't have time to dodge.*
"ACK! Torkal! Tackle or something!"
*The incredibly slow Torkal walked to Tackle*
"Uhh... Lets just end it. Another Mud-Slap."
*the Torkal is knocked out*
"Dammit!"
"All right!"

"Ooh, nice sandshrew! I got a new pok?mon too."

"Really, what kind?"

*Shauni grinned.* "You'll find out soon enough."

"What?? a scyther? Man, whered you get that?"
Shauni smiled "Around here, so shall be begin?"
"Lets! Sandshrew! Use fury swipes!"
"Blade! Wing attack!"

After Neo's pokemon got healed he looked around the center for Josiah. He couldn't find him anywere. Then he looked outside and off in the not so far distance he spoted him battleing with another trainer. He went over to check it out.

"Stupid flying types... I should have used Jolteon. Oh well, sandshrew, let's try a poison sting!"

"Oh no!" *Scyther was poisoned by the attack.* "Use another wing attack!"

"Quick, sand attack! Try and hold on until the poison finishs it off!"

"Blade! Sword dance, then slash attack!"
Blade first powered up and then doged another fury swipe, doubling back to strick sandshrew with the powered up slash, noking it out
"All right!"
"No way!"
Shauni quickly retured Blade before it fainted from the posion
"You got good fast"
"Thanks, your good yourelf"

Suddenly a voice came from behind Josiah
"Hay Josiah!"
"O hay Neo"

"Can't win them all. If only I had used Jolteon."

"Next time you'll win. Btw, like to have a 1 on 1 battle with your scyther?" Neo tosses shauni a potion and an antidote (sp?).

*Josiah sat down on a nearby bench to watch Neo and Shauni's battle. Jessie and Silver joined him a moment later.*

(( Sorry...!!! My school work got the best of me, and i haven't been on the computer much lately...))

"Go, Magmar!"
"Crap....fire pokemon. Go, Sassy!"
"A spearow..? You must be kidding."
"Does this face look like kidding to you??" Kit stuck out her toung.

"CAN we just battle already?"
"You started it....Sassy, use your peck attack!" Sassy lunged at Magmar with a peck attack.
"Ember!" Sassy suffered a critical hit!
"Sassy, don't let him just win like that! Use sand attack!"
A cload of dirt and sand hovered around Magmar.
"Ember!"

The attack missed Sassy by a mile.
"Another peck attack!" Magmar fainted.

"Damh, I actualy think I can win now"
Josiah tured red in the background
"Lets make it a good one"
"Indeed, Blade, Sword dance then slash!! Let go for a quick KO!!"

"Ya know... there are other people that want to try their new Pokemon..."

"Well, ya know..."

"Fine, you're on! Go Trapinch!"

"Go Vulpix! I'm not gonna lose again..."

"But I've got type advantage! Dig!" *Trapinch didn't listen*

"It won't even listen to you! Vulpix, Quick Attack!"

"Maybe you didn't hear me... I said, use Dig!" *Trapinch is loafing around!*

"Use Quick Attack again!"

"For the love of Fudge Crackers, use Dig before it kills you!" *Trapinch finally listened and buried itself underground*

"Get ready to avoid its attack..." *Trapinch emerged from the ground and hit Vulpix, but it wasn't quite enough to finish it* "Now Ember!" *Trapinch fainted*

"Oh great... if it listened the first time I woulda won!"

"Maybe you would have, but it didn't listen, did it?"

"Yeah, well... Pidgeotto's still better than Starmie!"

"Enough about Pidgeotto." *Josiah rolled his eyes.* "One it has strengths and weaknesses just like any other pok?mon. My Jolteon could take it out in one hit."

a while had passed, and she had beaten Neo, she waved goodbye and wondered back to the gym

"WHAT!!!! You guys STILL havnt finshied!!!!"

(( um, gee don't give me time to post. Weekends are very bad time for me as I can't get on much. I was going to use my new pokemon. Blade woudln't beable to damage it at all...)

"I wouldn't use Pidgeooto against Jolteon in the first place, I've got Trapinch!"

"I think you're forgetting..."

"Don't even... the point is, Jolteon couldn't damage it with Electric attacks, and it would have to listen to me... eventually... let's just go to the next town and get the next badge so I'll be able to use it... without it falling asleep."
