Sneasel had joined in the attack against Palkia, slashing out with her claws when she saw an opportunity to strike before retreating to avoid any major injuries. Vegier, on the other hand, had hung back, watching the battle with a worried expression on his face as he analyzed the Corrupted One's method of attacking.The Corrupted One's powers troubled him.

"How is anyone supposed to counter against something like that?" he wondered. His gazed switched back to the dragon. Everyone else, for one reason or another, had started to team up against the dragon once more.
"But that will give the Corrupted One an easier time to land an attack," he noted. "I guess I'll have try and distract her."
Holding his spear tightly, he rushed toward the Corrupted One shortly after Eskay had knocked her down.


((I hope this explains Vegier's...err...lack of activity. I'm aware that Palkia's almost defeated, but I figured that it's better than to be safe than sorry.))

Marina felt a prick on her head but ignored it as she continued biting the dragons shoulder, then she heard the sound she wanted to hear: the sound of glass and bones shattering mixed in with the sound of metal snapping. she let go, and started to concentrate on the weakened corrupted warrior, and nearly hitting a batwinged being, swiped at her prey with her talons.

((Okay, I'm real sorry about how long this took.
I've just been super busy....couldn't find the time))

The Saber Knights continued to pound on the now-weakened Palkia. By now, Eskay had stopped concentrating on Palkia and had began to scan the battlefield for the Corrupted One. She was nowhere in sight. Eskay's head turned back to the dragon as he let out a powerful roar.
"This is not worth it...I cannot stay here any longer!" He bellowed. Eskay cringed away from his fearsome voice. "My power continues to wane....my manifest will not remain for much longer. I must retreat!"
With that, the fearful dragon slashed the air, tearing a hole in it. He then glowed a purpilish hue, and flew into the portal before Eskay could blink. The very next moment, the Corrupted One appeared from nowhere and fell to the ground.
"Agh....No! Nooooo!!" Cried the Corrupted One when she saw what happened. She got to her feet quickly, and attempted to slash the air, but nothing happened. "NOOO!!!! I can't..no!"
Eskay had just opened her mouth to speak when in the sky appeared a few shaodwy figures. They would have looked like ordinary shadows--except they had piercing red eyes. "Great." She muttered to herself. "What now!?" She couldn't help but shout. The figures ignored her.
"Most disappointing." One of them commented. "Not the kind of performance we had hoped for." Eskay immediatly realized that they were addressing the Corrupted One they had just fought. She looked over to see that she was looking up at the shadowy figures fearfully. Eskay could see such fear in her eyes, and found herself almost pitying the Corrupted One.
"I....I couldn't...." Stammered the Corrupted One,
"We don't like failure." Said one of the shadows gruffly. "You know that."
"I-I....."
"Save your blubbering. It'll get you nowhere."

((Bleh. I can't seem to write well today.
Fear the drama, and such. We'll be heading off to a new dimesion soon, provided we don't all die. :P))

When the dragon vanished, Marina started to calm down, and reverted to her human form, unfortunately the change took a lot out of her so she was tired, and extremely hungry, In her exhausted and hungry state she failed to notice the shadowy figures surrounding the corrupted one and manage to reach Eskay.
First of all, where's the food? I'm starving, also, What did I do when I lost control? My memory's blank on the last few minutes, also, Where's the dragon and why do I taste glass or something in my mouth?

Since no one felt it was good to tell Marina what happened during the battle, Marina happily munched away on some berries she had found growing from a crack in the wall,when she finished, she went to the center of the battlefield to her saber which no one bothered to pick up, once again totally ignoring the shadowy figures around the corrupted one, who was still bawling as Marina passed them, then she went to where Eskay was again and it seemed the other knights were there too. She then Decided to tell them something utterly important on how to get to Fanterra which she really needed to go to for some new gear.
"Hey um we are going to Fanterra next however there's a bit of a catch, You see Epona can only do so much and Fanterra is kind of where innocent beings hit with banishment spells end up.In other words, I have to cast a reverse summoning spell on us to get through the dimensional gate from this side of it. That's the good news, the bad news is I've never done this before because I've never actually left Fanterra before, So there is a chance we may get there but one of us could end up missing a leg...or a vital organ, so, any Questions before I begin?

Azriel had managed to get off a few bolts of lightning before the dragon retreated. Scyther had managed to avoid any serious injury, although he had been clipped on the tip of one wing and had so found it harder to maneuver in midair. The giant mantis was now loitering next to the wall closest to the other Saber Knights. The Grim Angel decided it'd be a good idea to do likewise. Folding his wings, he landed silently on the broken-off stump of a nearby stone pillar and watched the Corrupted One. It seemed whoever was in charge of her wasn't very happy with what had happened. He didn't know whether to feel triumphant or sympathetic; he didn't like seeing people groveling for forgiveness. It was part of the reason he always tried asking the demons back home to freely choose to stop their misdeeds before proceeding to beat them into submission, as was the case most of the time despite his attempts at a peaceful agreement.
He was very abruptly startled out from his thoughts and observations by Marina. Closing his eyes, he mentally counted very slowly to ten before looking his fellow Saber Knight in the eye. "One of our enemies, a Corrupted One, just lost to us and is now facing consequences for it," he told her in a low voice, his tone a forced neutral. "I think this is likely to be important, since it could tell us more about them than we already know. We can worry about getting to your home world after all this clears up." A few bright sparks flew from both ends of his Saber, although none of them hit anything.

Vegier glanced over briefly at Marina before making a shushing motion.

"We have company," he stated simply, choosing to avoid replying to her offer for the moment. "It is best to be on guard."

He quickly looked back at the newcomers with a frown. The Corrupted One's reaction was not one that he had expected, and Vegier usually disliked the unexpected.

"Should we use this time to run?" he muttered softly to the other Saber Knights. He refused to address the shadowy figures for the simple reason that he didn't want to attract their attentions just yet, though he locked his eyes fixed on them. He kept himself tense, ready to retreat or spring into another fight if he needed to.

Eskay continued to watch, horrorstricken, as the shadowy figures spoke to the Corrupted One. Suddenly, she didn't seem so powerful and evil.
"Failure is unacceptable." One of the shadows stated.
"Please...another chance..." blubbered the Corrupted One, tears running down her face. The shadows looked down at her with an expression Eskay guessed was disgust, though it was hard to tell when all you could see were two glowing eyes on a shadow.
"Begone, filth. We'll have nothing to do with you."
"Don't think you're getting off easy." Another said quickly. "There are, of course, punishments...."
"I.....no...." The Corrupted One's voice had grown soft. "Please...." she begged softly.
Eskay looked on as one of the shadows raised it's hand. She was alarme to see a ball of energy appear at its fingertips. Then, with sudden speed, the ball transformed into a lightning bolt and struck the whimpering woman. She shrieked in pain, and collapsed to the ground, motionless. For a brief moment, Eskay feared she was dead (Why should I fear such a thing? Eskay asked herself silently. She just tried to kill us only moments ago!) but she noticed a slight rise and fall of her chest, indicating that she still breathed.
"Hrm. I'd hoped she'd do better. Securing the Legendaries would have been a big step. Ah well...can't be helped, now can it." Eskay froze as the shadow turned in their direction. "We didn't count on your little happy band showing up." he said, addressing the group. "Most inconvienent. But, I'll humor you. It's no fun to destroy you when you are weak...I want you strong...." This guy's insane Eskay thought, trying her best to fiercely meat the shadow's piercing gaze. "Yes...I'll let you save the precious Legendaries.....I'm sure we'll meet again." The other shadows nodded in agreement. "Goodbye...for now...." The three shadows then vanished.

((Heey....wasn't the point here we were trying to rescue the Legendaries and such? We should probably do that. :P ))

While the shadowed figures were lecturing the Corrupted One, Agnamatus tried to find an escape route, but he couldn't find one without being in sight of the eerie red eyes. He also figured that the shadows already noticed the group and that escape would be futile, so he tried to the group to be ready to defend themselves. "Ok guys," he said in a low whisper, "These guys are most likely Corrupted Ones, and powerful ones at that at that if they can make that girl afraid. We have to get ready to defend ourselves when they decide to attack us, but-" He was cut off when one of the shadows electrocuted the Corrupted One. When the shadows spoke to the group, Agnamatus just stood there, too shocked and awed by their power.

"We didn't count on your little happy band showing up," one of them said. Agnamatus couldn't speak. He was to absolutely frozen in fear. "Most inconvienent. But, I'll humor you. It's no fun to destroy you when you are weak...I want you strong...." What? That was all Agnamatus could think of at the moment. "Yes...I'll let you save the precious Legendaries.....I'm sure we'll meet again." Paralized by those piercing red eyes, Agnamatus just stood there, even after they left, only thinking one thing. We'll never be strong enough to defeat those...monsters.

Marina was busy relaxing and thinking on what her friends would think if they learned she became a dimension hopping warrior with the power of fire.She could imagine each one even now, her cousin Flame would exclaim how the fire burned in Marina and that it was obvious she'd get fire power, the Shapeshifter,Marrilus, would just sit back and smile, and go on to thinking what pranks to pull, Geovanni would comment about a catch, and then Steve, the basement guard, would let her in the armory and meeting the other knights. Then she heard the corrupted one scream.
What the? How long have that been going on? said Marina, now aware of the shadowy figure around the Corrupted one. Then one of them turned and gave the Cliche' "I'll wait till your stronger to beat the crap out of you and you can have the reason your here" speech. Marina was not afraid like Agmantus was, she just glared at the red-eyed monster as he vanished and said to Agmantus : I've seen worse. and Her thoughts then turned to her step mother, The Wicked Witch of the Northwest.

((There is a reason to why I mentioned Marina's freinds and Stepmother, I just won't tell why yet.))

Eskay's thoughts were similar to Agnamatus'. She didn't have too long to dwell on her thoughts, however, for soon after the shadows disappeared, the ground began to shake. Eskay gasped as a large tile in the ground slid open. Out flew to bird-ish dragon-ish creatures, one blue and grey the other red and white ((*coughcough*Latios and Latias*coughcough*)). Soon after, a giant red dinosaur looking creature clambered out, causing Eskay to stumble backwards. The ground shook with its each step.
"Hmph. We're free." Eskay was surprised to see the giant was speaking. The giant looked around, seeming not to notice the group of Saber Knights. "Cowards must have fled. Told you I'd scare them into releasing us."
"Hm. Look down, foolish giant." the blue-grey creature said.
"Ah! So you are the dastards who dared to imprison us." Roared the giant.
"N-no!" Eskay struggled to explain. "We were...we just..." She fumbled for words.
"A likely story, evil ones! Die!"
"Hold, Groudon!" the blue-grey one said, flying in front of the red creature, apparently named Groudon. "You act too rashly, as usual. These are indeed Saber Knights, but they have not given to the forces of evil."
"Humph. Who are you then?"
"Ah...we were just...." Eskay still found herself unable to complete a sentence. Turning to her companions she mouthed, "help me."

We were just trying to save you from the knight of that evil metallic water dragon! after she spoke Marina turned around to spit, so she wouldn't disrespect the creatures, when she did, a piece of pink crystal came out of her mouth, she picked it up, wiped it off on her shirt, and then showed it to the giant red Lizard. This look familiar to anyone? Because I think I bit it off of that dragon when I lost control. then she thought to herself, I was wondering why I felt like something was caught between my teeth.Dang thing felt like a popcorn kernel.

"HARK! A GROUDON!" Marley said as he reached for a pokeball, of which he had none. "That expletive Arceus owes me a Groudon. So Lati@s, How long were you guys trapped down there? I mean, It seemed pretty uncomfortable."

((Assuming you meant Latias, since the @ sign looks like an a...))

The red and white creature, apparently named Latias, turned toward Marley.
"I...I'm not sure." Latias said, a bit nervously. "It was scary down there. It seemed like quite a long time...I was getting frightened."
"Not me." Groudon said gruffly. The blue grey creature snorted, causing Groudon to glare at him. He then turned to Marina, and a deep growl emitted from his throat.
"That scale belongs to Palkia's manifest." he growled.
"That's his, alright." confirmed the blue grey creature.
"Well, that..." Eskay's words choked in her throat. She cleared her throat, and tried again. "That belonged to the being we fought...and that over there," Eskay gestured to the fallen Corrupted One, "Is Palka's Saber Knight." Groudon looked over.
"Grr! That is most certainly his Saber Knight, Latios."
"Indeed."
"Is she alright?" Latias inquired timidly.
"She breathes yet." Latios said with a nod. Groudon looked as if he wanted to go over and take her life right now, but he restrained himself.
"Hm. Looks like your story checks out." He said to the group. Eskay breathed a sigh of relief.

((Well...we need to move onto the next dimension 'n' stuff. Just...not sure hwo to mae the transition.))

Marina was satisfied about the scale crystal and then she went to the crater she formed during the fight, using the scale as a piece of chalk she drew a summoning circle in the center, and then called to the other knights, Next stop Fanterra! If you want to come get over here quickly because once I do this ritual, that's it. she then waited as everyone except the unconscious corrupted one came to the circle when everyone was there, she took a deep breath and started speaking the only spell she knew, a reverse summon that would get them to Fanterra, specifically, her home in Miravel.

after that, there was a flash of light, and the knights were outside a stone castle surrounded by phoenix lilies, the orange flower symbolizing peace and relaxation, over the palace gate was a coat of arms, an auroboros surrounding four treasures, a harp, a pair of silver guantlets, a mask, and sword, the body of the auroboros had five spikes on it and the background was a green feild. Then she saw a familiar face, it was her friend Marillus shapeshifting to a wolfen beast elf to try to frighten her freinds, she just smiled and turned to explain things to her fellow knights.
This is castle Sstonehill, my home, we are in Fanterra, to be specific, the kingdom of Miravel, and don't worry about the elf with the wolf like attributes about to jump out from behind the monument with the three blades in it, he's harmless.
Then Marillus walked out in defeat.
Lady Marina, you just had to spoil my fun.

The sudden world-shift had caused Eskay to fall to the ground in surprise. "Well, THAT was abrupt." she muttered to herself, but a part of her was glad to be away from the massive Groudon. He scared her. A lot.
As Eskay got to her feet, she noticed something out of the corner of her eye. She glanced over and nearly fell over again. It was the Corrupted One from earlier. Somehow, she had managed to tag along, to Eskay's (and surely everyone else's) dismay. Luckily, she still seemed to be unconscious. Unless she was playing dead. But that seemed unlikely at the current moment.
Eskay turned to tell her companions of the Corrupted One, but then was startled by the appearance of a wolf-elf-ish thing. "Gah!" she said in surprise, stumbling backwards a bit. "Thank you for the warm welcome!" she said angrily. "Honestly!" Eskay didn't mention that were she in teh wolf-elf's situation, she'd probalbly try to startle the group herself.
