Hmm sounds like me today, I definitely forgot the equations for friction. There goes about 1/3 of my test marks on that one. Oh, and the test I did really bad on before, 33% for calculus. Dang infinite limits...

Equasions for friction? Like Cooefficient of friction? I FORGOT THAT TOO!! (When I did that in Physics) I looked at it later and went GAH!! NO WAYY!!! Becasue it's a REALY easy equation...

I know gthis is a double post and I apologise, but...

I got to work this afternoon and the first thing I noticed was the air of foreboding... it was darker than usual (some more lights were off then a should have been), the place looked a bit of a mess (renovations=no carpet until tomorrow) and Mario (my boss, the one with the moustache^^) was not his usual cheery self.

I also felt like something was just not right.

SO tonight there was a party outside (not a loud one, jsut a few drinks and some dinner) and I SPILLED A DRINK ON A PERSON! I've been doing this for about a month ... three weeks maybe now. I had never done waitressing before I started and I had never spilled a drink the whole time I was working there. Tonight was different.

THEN! I was feeling a bit crap cuz of that so I was already in "don't cry. just don't cry" mood. So Iwas tipping some uneaten food into the bin when the other waitress (the lady who trained me, she's nice^^) was told to try some of the new chocolate stuff that's been made as a garnish for deserts. (it's basically a thin layer of chocolate with coconut and apricot bits on it. tasty. one prolblem however;)

So she picked up a bit and stuck it in my mouth becasue my hands were full. That was nice of her. I love chocolae nad I love coconut. (especially together) then I actually lookd at the rest of the container and noticed the orange bits on top. I asked what they were (because the choccy tated nice, and I was still chewing.. plus I had a suspicion) and the chef answered that it was Apricot. At this point panic overcame me and I spat it immediately into the bin in front of me.

I havn't had Apricot since I was a baby. Mum and Dad said I had a severe allergic reaction and I've never had it since (which males sense becasue Dad is also allergic) I've always wondered whether I had grown out of the allergy (like mum did with milk) but never tried it.

I still don't know. I spat it out, so I didn't really swallow that much-if any. The chef said later that I had a slight rash on my neck, but that could have been anything (I was VERY worried.)

... So you think the drama would be over.

You'd think that but you'd be wrong. The chef (being a bit of an idiot at times) after work sat out with the boss, one of the bosses friends etc and preceeded to laugh it up! They LAUGHED at the fact that I panicked when I had apricot in my mouth.

Now this wouldn't usually bug me. I'm used to the humour of my family (shich these guys share) and I usually ignore them or give it back as good (most the time better) than they do to me! Tonight, however my defences were severley weakened and I felt several times like I just wanted to sit down and cry it out... but I couldn't I had to work.

IO did end up in tears a few times. The girl that work in the kitchen even tol me to smile, don't cry and be happy. I told her that was my line. I'M the happy smiley one telling everyone else to be happy.

SO there. My night was a disaster! I need to sleep it off. I feel kind of sick no, but I think that could be just from the crying and whatnot... I don't know.

One day I need to go to the hospital, sit in the waiting room and try a nice, ripe Apricot... just to test...

But knowing the way the local hospital works- I would probably die >.<

So yeah. Disasterous night + 1 rant.

Yeah... although I have heard that something crippling/seriously harming you can make you stronger... but don't want to find out for myself >.< lol.

It's true. When I broke my leg and went to physical therapy, my left leg (the one I broke) got stronger than my right one. Before I broke my leg, my right leg was stronger. Now it's my left leg. :D

Sure, while it's broken you're physically weak, but after physical therapy, the broken leg becomes the stronger one. Seriously. Like, in hockey, beforehand I preferred to stop on my right foot, now it's my left. I'm right hand dominant, left food dominant. Oh, and right eye dominant too. Lerarned that when I got my first bow (archery), they have you check to see which eye (if any) is better, becuase that's more important than hand dominance.

Usually, you go by hand dominance but if you're going to get more serious about it, then you should go by eye dominance. Eye and hand dominance is usually the same, though.

Church this morning. We rent a school each week. The school has two gym, and me and this little girl (friend's sister) find a light switch. We turn it off, hide, turn it off, hide, and laugh. The kids in the gym are from my youth group. They were getting annoyed at the lights going off, so they searched for the person doing it. They found me, dragged me into the gym and turned the lights off, and I was being attacked. Lights went on, and I saw two of them above me. I ran. Fast. I heard 'I wonder what Jason would do to *someone at church that people are obsessed that I like* in the dark'. Told the youth group leader, and she didn't do anything because the one who attacked me was the preacher's kid. He's done this type of stuff before, which is almost ironic. He also brags about playing Halo and CoD too, and he's 12, his dad's the preacher, and he's allowed to play the games.

I hate this kid, and I'm going to Care Group with him in an hour!
