"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Hmmm, I've been into Bleach, D.Gray-Man, and Ayatsuri Sakon, all of which are cool. Though I'm not sure how to feel about D.Gray-Man getting licensed so fast...I hope they do alright with the voices...

1. Add a lot of filler to stretch things out till the manga has advanced a bit.
2. Break away from the manga with a large original story arc.
3. Think of a decent way to end the series.
Of course, there's also anime that end early for other reasons entirely such as scheduling issues, ratings issues, and the like.

Bobobo was actually forced to end early because some Japanese PTA type group complained that it was too violent.

W-w-whaaaat? D. Gray Man's over? When did that happen?! I'd kinda taken to reading the manga rather than watching the anime about two months ago anyway... (as is the case with Bleach, because there wasn't enough Uryuu in that dumb filler arc and it was driving me crazy) but I was gonna get caught up, and now... it's just kind of over? With no plot resolution whatsoever, I'm assuming, because they haven't gotten anywhere near the Heart in the manga? Just like Inuyasha?
But anyway... I'm still mostly following Naruto even though Toonami ended for no logical reson, too... Gurren Lagann, Seirei no Moribito, Code Geass... and of course, One Piece, Kyouran Kazoku Nikki, and Soul Eater.
And the Clannad After Story just started, which makes me happy despite its lack of Fuko. Still plenty of Sunohara, Akio, and Tomoyo~ But it bothers me that KyoAni does that... take the character that's easiest to kill off and put her story arc first. They did it to Makoto in Kanon, too, and arguably Michiru in Air... so then you have to go through the rest of the anime without them. Jerks.

I'm watching Bleach, Moribito, and Code Geass on Cartoon Network and rewaatching Escaflowne on DVD. In Sunday anime club we're watching Desert Punk, Mai HiME, and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (which I'm already seen, heck we're using my DVDs at club). Then there's Tuesday anime club which has Beserk (already seen), Black Lagoon (already seen season 1), and Yuyu Hakusho (currently in the Dark Tournament, almost caught up to as far as I've seen before).
In Bleach in and Yuyu I'm way ahead of the anime in the manga (since I subscribe to Shonen Jump and all). I recently started reading the D-Gray Man manga but haven't seen any of the anime yet. And, since Silver mentioned Inuyasha, yeah it had to end early cause of some sort of production problem (contract disputes or shceduling or something).
