Round 3: Super Happy Fun Fun Land

[Astral Omega]

“You used the magic ‘A’ word, didn’t you?” Cassi glared.

“Maybe we can find some clues while doing that.” She looked around for a shop to catch here eye.

((Is it just me Kaida, or is this conversation eerily familiar?... *Remembers our normal conversations*))

[Kaida]

"Oh we will find clues, that'll pretty much be how you find them. I found on in the toy's section of the department stop we went to in the last round." Kaida replied as she continued to grin at Cassi, fending off her glare.

"So window shopping it is!" She said looking at the shops around them.

[Josiah]

MARLEY

Marley got in line between a pair of vaguely insect like creatures who were dicussing how their favorite Portal Panic team was doing. Off to the side he could see a sign for "The Heart of the Beast Theater" and another for "Freddy's Extremely Fresh Seafood Shack".

MICKEY

"Jessie, Zack, you told her?" a mauve haired boy groaned.

"No, she figured it out on her own." the orange haired girl, Jessie, replied.

"Hey," the orange haired boy, Zack interrupted, "if you guys don't mind I'm going to take Stacia to The Wonderful World of Slime, I think she's had enough thrill rides for awhile." The green haired girl nodded, her eyes still wide. "We'll let you know if we find anything." they flew off into the forest.

"So..." the mauve haired boy turned back to Mickey. "What should we do about her? She didn't get good enough spins to fight off all of us."


KAIDA & Cassi

The nearest shops, restaurants, etc were: Sam's Shiny Things, Willie Wombat & Friends, The Barrel of Monkies (restaurant), All Your Bats, Electronica (restaurant), and Bags of Books.

[Blastotoise]

"Speaking of Portal Panic, I think that Earth team is really something. They may go and win it all" He said to the people in front of him.

[Saber Knight]

"Wait wait wait....slow down a second!" Said Mickey with a gasp. "Fight?! Why should we fight? I never did anything to you guys! I barely know you." Plus, Mickey wasn't sure how well she could fight as she floated. That would be a completly new experience. Then again...they probably didn't have much experience fighting and floating. Then again, they might. Best not to take any risks.

((Just so I know, how many of them are there?))

[Astral Omega]

"SHINY THINGS!!!" Cassi grabbed Kaida' arm as she saw the sign and ran towards the shop.

[Josiah]

MARLEY

"The Earth Team?" the aliens turn to face Marley. "I'll admit they're doing better than most people expected, but it's been a lot of luck. They wouldn't stand a chance against the top ranking teams."


MICKEY

((Now that the one boy and girl left, there's still 6 of them.))

"What would be the point of fighting her anyway?" Jessie gave the mauve haired boy a look. "Unless she has a clue, there's no reason to get the rest of her team gunning for us this early in the round."


KAIDA & CASSI

Sam's Shiny Things was, unsurprisingly, filled with shelves and shelves of shiny things of all shapes, sizes, and colors, most of which seemed unidentifiable.

[Blastotoise]

"Man, you don't know that. They're completely new...you don't know what they can do! I hear that Marley fella can lift boulders, and run faster than a cheetah. And, he's got fire breath." Marley said to the aliens in front of him, trying not to laugh.

[Saber Knight]

Mickey sighed in relief silently. A fight with these odds would not be fun. "Yeah....I've not no clues." Mickey admitted.

[Kaida]

"Must... Find... Shiney... Thing... On... A... String!" Kaida said as she began to wonder around the store looking for a shiney thing on a string.

((Astral, Shiney thing on a string!))

[Josiah]

MARLEY

"Really?" the alien asked. "I haven't been following their past rounds very closely but I didn't hear of them doing anything like that."


MICKEY

"Well, we should probably get going then. We've still got a lot of areas to search." one of the group said.

"See you around." Jessie called as she and her teammates began to fly up into the mountains.


Kaida & CASSI

Kaida soon came across what looked like a shiny crystal ball on a thick bronze colored string. (ball is about three inches around and the string is about 1 1/2 feet long)

[Blastotoise]

"Yep! He can do all sorts of things. That Earth team is pretty freaking epic. Say, how long is the line to get out of here?"

[Saber Knight]

Mickey smiled at the Thallion team as they flew off. "See ya. Good luck!" As they dissappeared, Mickey realized she didn't know what to do next. Oh crud...where am I now? She wondered to herself, for she had no idea where the ride dumped her. Great, and I just happen to have one of the worst sences of direction ever. She grumbled silently. Er.....ah...hey, didn't that guy Zack mention something about the Wonderful World of Slime? Recalled Mickey. That sounds fun. It kinda goes against the original plan, but oh well. Now...which way did they go? Biting her lip, Mickey looked around and tried to recall which direction the two had flown off in. "I think they went....thataway!" She said, and then promptly flew tword the forest.

[Josiah]

MICKEY

Mickey headed back through the trees the same way she'd come from before going on the ride.

(The ride dropped Mickey off near to where it started. If she remembers from the map she and Marley found, The Wonderful World of Slime is a different section of the park so she'll need to Leave Flights of Fancy be retracing her steps (which she's doing now) and head towards it.)


MARLEY

Just as Marley said that, the people infront of him disapeared. Looking around, he noticed that he was standing on the edge of a large spongy tunnel like thing going straight down. It appeared that everyone else must have jumped or fallen into it.

[Saber Knight]

((As I said, terrible sense of direction.))

As Mickey floated along, she wondered if she'd find another Portal Panic team, or run into the same one again. It's really weird...there are so many people here and I happen to run into one of hte other teams....speaking of which I wonder how many teams there are. She shrugged, and continued floating toward the Sphere Plaza and ultimatly The Wonderful World of Slime.
