Soul_Man's Blastitar, Sandcannon, has reached 30 wins and been removed from the Day Care Center because it won't grow anymore... however Soul_Man isn't around to claim her and that means there's no one to pay the bill. The IPA Adoption Agency stepped up and took care of that... but they expect whoever adopts her to pay for that now, on top of their high prices for IPA with a lot of EXP to their name.
