Kit smiled. "Sure, I wouldn't mind testing out my new spearow ^_^ "

Meowth ran in front, and spearow was sent out beside it.

"WE WON OUR FIRST GYM BATTLE!"

"Yeah! And what do we get for winning, exactly?"

"Well, you kids got lucky. For beating us you each get..." *Piro reached into his pocket.* "You each get a charcoal badge."

"A charcoal badge?" *Josiah frowned at the burnt looking badge.*

"Yeah, well, it used to be flame badge but Burn dropped them in the lava."

"Well, either way, we got our first gym badge!"

"What should we do next?" *A bridge appeared over the lava and the group walked back to the entrance of the gym.*

"Go to the Pok?mon Center."

"And then we should probably go out and try to catch some wild pok?mon before heading to the next town. Having only one each isn't good."

shauni ran past Kit and Mute screaming
"get that pokemon away from me! Its to powerful!"
The elctric dog followed chace, its teeth beared"
"Not again shauni! Why is it always her..." sighed Jeff
""A, blade! Slash attack...Tinder...Flame thrower!"
Both the pokemon did as they were told, Blade stroke the dog hard and tinder followed with a flamethrower...but it missed and hit balde insted, noking it down to the ground
"tooorr!" it qicked in horro as its tag partner fell to the ground from its attack]
"O no! not now! Please not now!"
The dog began to spark up for a thunder bolt attack on Tinder
"Tinder! flamethrower....this time hit it!"
Tinder tryed again, but the attack missed again and it the glass next to it
"Never midn flamethrower! Use Quick attack"
Tinder hit the dog and noked it down, Blade, silightly recoved from the attack got up and finsished the dog of with a Fury Swipe
"Go! Pokeball!"
Shunai threw the ball but the dog, looking downed got up and knocked it aside, and ran away
"aww nuttes..."
Shauni walked over and picked up tinder and then walked over to blade, and patted ito on the shoulder
"Im sorry Blad"
"Scyther" it replyed softly
She then huged it

"What just happened?" Kit had watched the battle, which only seemed to last a few moments then was over.

"This sure has been en exciting day.." Kit giggled then faced Mute. "Are you still up for the battle?"

"Yeah, for all we know the next gym could use Electric Pokemon... in which case I'd be dead meat."

"Well actually, the next gym uses..."

"Be quiet! The point is, we should heal our Pokemon then go catch more."

"Ok... then we should go to the Pokemon Center and not just sit around the entrance of the Gym."

"Riiiiiiight... Last one there's a rotten egg!" *Runs off to the Pokemon Center*

"Hey! No fair! He got a head start!" *Runs off to the Pokemon Center*

"Who needs a head start?" *Teleports to the Pokemon Center with the help of Psy the Abra*

"Well, I guess that makes me a rotten egg... How pathetic."

"Just kidding! Go Jolteon!" *Has Jolteon use its incredible speed to run ahead and block Silver's path so he ends up being the last one.*

"Hey, no fair!"

"Never try and race a Jolteon." *Josiah grinned.*

*After healing their pok?mon, Team Dragoon began walking towads the edge of the city, discussing what pok?mon they wanted to catch.*

"I need something to deal with electric. A rock or ground type maybe."

"Well, they're usually in caves but that wouldn't be bad. I've always wanted a sandshrew."

"Personally, I'd like a fire type. Some of those ones at the gym were pretty cool. How about you Neo? What kind of pok?mon do you want next?"

"Well, Psy's weak to Dark and Ghost... so I think I should try to find a Dark Type."

"And where are we gonna find these Pokemon, anyway?"

"Uh..." *A Trapinch had been buried in the dirt under them and jumped out*

"Ok... I got dibs on this one! Go Pidgeotto! Gust!" *The Trapinch used Sand-Attack, but it didn't affect Pidgeotto* "Now use Wing Attack!" *Pidgeotto slammed the bug-like ground type into a tree* "Doesn't look like I'm gonna get a better chance... Pokeball, go! I've always wanted to say that!" *Silver threw the Pokeball and Trapinch was captured*

*notices a Nidoran scampering about* Go Balrog!!! Use comet punch!

*jab jab jab jab* Nidoran was hit 4 times.

"Pokeball go!"

*The ball rocks back and forth several times before stopping.*

"Yes! A level 12 Nidoran (Male)! Hmm... I think I'll name it...Sid.

CURRENT POKEMON
Balrog (Hitmonchan) - LV 20 - Ice Punch, Comet Punch, Focus Energy, Agility
Sid (Nidoran M) - LV 12 - Poison Sting, Tackle

Kit looked down at Spearow finding it pecking her leg madly.

"Your sure not the the happest Spearow in the bunch....I'll name you sassy."

Sassy just kept pecking until meowth finaly pounsed on it. Kit giggled. "That's my meowth"

"Well, nice catch. As I said before a Dark would be nice. My aim for types will mostly be centered around Psychic, Ghost, and Dark. However there are afew outside of those that I would mind having. Lets see, Persion, Rapidash, that Ice Legondary Bird..."

Neo begins to think about the others...

"Hey look! A vulpix!" *Jessie called from a nearby clump of grass.* "Go Starmie! Water gun!" *The attack hit the Vulpix dead on, nearly KO'ing it.* "Pok?ball go!" *She watched anxiously.* "Yes! I got a Vulpix!"

"Nice one!"

*Meanwhile, Josiah and Neo had spotted a nearby cave and gone over to investigate.*

"I wonder if there's any dark pok?mon inside." *Neo looked into the darkness.*

"Might be. Let's take a quick look. Maybe I'll even find a sandshrew."
