Hitmonlee doesn't wear pants, to make it impossible to get egg moves on them, Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee were not female, possibly sexism, aaand because they're actually a tribe of reverse-amazon ALIENS that plan to take over the earth with their ASEXUAL REPRODUCTION!
...But what do I know, right?

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Out of curiousity, which stars have you got?
Anyway, for contests you need a different pokémon for each catagory. You've got a lot of freedom in who you use, so long as you can teach them some decent moves for that catagory. The real problem is nature and poffins. You'll want a pokémon whose nature means it will like poffins that boost the condition for the contest you'll be competing in (you can find charts for that on gamefaqs or any good Pokemon site). Also, you'll need to make some extremely high quality poffins to feed it which can be nearly impossible if you don't have some friends to mix poffins with.
I'm speaking from experience here since my Lopunny easily won every contest rank except the last one, where it was consistantly slaughtered in the opening round cause I didn't have anyone to help me make super poffins.
Speaking of stars, has anyone here won 100 Battle Tower matches? All the cheating the game does in there drives me crazy.

I have the capture fifty flags star, I have the complete pokedex star (492, baby!), and the elite four star.
So I have to watch for natures? Shoot, I've had more than enough of riding up and down through Solaceon. And the friend whom I visit most doesn't have a DS. One of my other friends is always nagging me to go to his house. Maybe I'll take him up on the offer...
Nope, the most battles I've gotten is twenty, I had to stop 'cause I was in the middle of a bout and my friend wanted to trade. Bah, at least I got a shiny zubat out of the deal. I honestly haven't seen any cheating, do you mean over Wi-Fi?

I've got the full pokédex star too. All legit too.
But yeah, you'll never be able to win the last rank of contests without dealing with natures and having really good poffins.
For the battle tower, if you only made it to 20 wins you probably didn't notice. It's not too bad at the beginning but slowly gets worse over time. Doesn't really start become noticable until maybe 28 wins and on. The further you get, the more blatent it is. Wi-fi has nothing to do with it, the computer cheats.
First off, hackers have discovered that all the BT enemy pokémon have max EVs in every stat (which is impossible for non-hacked pokémon that you catch). Basically, that means all the pokémon have higher stats than yours ever could. Next, their moves almost always hit even if the ACC is low (1 hit KO moves are a nightmare). Your attacks, on the other hand, miss quite frequently if the ACC isn't 100% and sometimes 100% ACC moves will miss anyway for no reason (seriously, I've checked and hold items and abilities aren't causing it). Finally, any randomly activating hold items (Focus Bands, Quick Claws, etc) that they have will activate really frequently while yours will hardly ever activate.

Ah, so THAT'S why I couldn't hit that freaking dusclops. Even though it kept using double team, you think at least one stupid attack would hit!
I can get the natures rather easily, (That 123 step road through Solaceon is awesome,) But it's most likely the poffins that will get me. Allso the fact that you can't combo attacks anymore. My castform is useless now!

Ok, this question's a little late.
When you breed certian pokemon and give an item to either the male or female, you get an egg that's different from the pokemon it came from. For example, if you give a Marill sea incense and make it mate with another Marill, you get an Azurill egg. If you don't give them sea incense, you just get a Marill egg. This happens to other pokemon as well. Why does this happen?

Hot Skitty on Wailord action! Can anyone please tell me how a two foot tall skitty can breed with a blue whale sized Wailord, aside from egg groups? Not to mention the fact that...Well, I'm going to stop here to keep this at PG levels.

Skitty is like 1000th of Wailord's size.

I has a question: Where do you get the pokeball when an egg hatches? I mean, all I had was 230 ultra balls and 3 dusk balls, and pokeball randomly spawns to put the pokemon in...

It was lonely... you promised you'd write to me, but you never did... the months passed by, and I still thought of you every day, but you never called. I never got any letters from you.
So eventually, I started to lose faith... I thought you had been killed in that terrible, terrible war. Or maybe that you had forgotten about me. It's been so long, you probably found another girl over there... I never stopped loving you, but I didn't think you cared about me anymore, so welcoming you back just would have been too painful for me... I'm sorry. I'm glad you've come back home *sniff*
