Up and Comming
This is not definite so don't throw rocks if this doesn't come out for a while (or ever), but I heard a rumor from the local Blizzard fanatic at EB Games that Blizzard is thinking of making either a Diablo 3 RPG or a World of Diablo MMO. Personally, I'm rooting for WoD, because I would pay for that monthly, no questions asked!

Wow, double post. But, it's been a couple of months since the last post so I guess it's okay.
After the big holiday rush, there are still a couple games that I am looking forward to a lot, even though they probably won't be out until at least 2009. Most notably Resident Evil 5 and Timesplitters 4. I've been a big fan of the Timesplitters series since the first game, and each sequel is better than the previous game, so of course I'd be excited. The Resident Evil series I haven't been following as closely, but after playing Resident Evil 4 and considering it one of the best games of the previous generation that I've ever played, it's impossible not to be excited for a sequel.

I completely forgot about this topic... so.
One Piece: Unlimited Adventure came out today. Dubbed by FUNimation, containing just about all the characters from the beginning up to Water 7... Tsukento has most of the trailers and whatnot up on youtube, like this here.
I, uh... I preordered it directly from the FUNimation website, in case anyone cares...

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

It was lonely... you promised you'd write to me, but you never did... the months passed by, and I still thought of you every day, but you never called. I never got any letters from you.
So eventually, I started to lose faith... I thought you had been killed in that terrible, terrible war. Or maybe that you had forgotten about me. It's been so long, you probably found another girl over there... I never stopped loving you, but I didn't think you cared about me anymore, so welcoming you back just would have been too painful for me... I'm sorry. I'm glad you've come back home *sniff*

I'll admit, I'm curious to see what Bioware does with it. I love the old 2D Sonic games but all the 3D ones have a whole lot of parts that just don't belong in a Sonic game (as in, anything that doesn't involve running around crazy stages at top speed) and aren't even fun to play (Big the Cat, mech piloting, etc). Plus, I find it extremely annoying that, after all these years, Sonic Team STILL hasn't learned how to make a decent 3D camera. I mean, come on, everyone else figured that out after one or games...

Bioware says that they want to make a lot of the tacked on characters seem likeable. You choose... I think four characters to stay with you, and Big is one of the choices. A direct quote, "Don't worry, we're going Big's I.Q. a few dozen points. I'll see if I can find the link I just saw again. Got it. http://www.officialnintendomagazine.co. ... _sonic.htm
