It's super effective! Ratatret used Tail Whip!
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

It's super effective! Ratatret fainted! Scizzix gained EXP! Scizzix is trying to learn False Swipe, but it already knows four moves. Should a move be deleted and replaced with False Swipe?

You also get 30 IC!

I want you to tell me False Swipe sucks the next time you find yourself up against a Shiny or a Feebas and your Sceptile saves your sorry behind. Or maybe when you're chasing Mesprit arrounding, having a heck of a time finding it, but knowing it only has one HP left because your Weavile made sure of that.

But anyway...

I meant it sucks for IPA. It's relatively weak and only useful for catching Pokemon in the games (But useful nonetheless). And in IPA, you just have to say you want to catch a certain IPA beforehand and the chance of catching it pretty much becomes 100%.

((Just for that, I should make it really hard for you the next time you try to catch an IPA :P))

No, you don't need a badge, but you do need to pay attention to which IPA have already been claimed... Neo here just KO'd that Mankloon.
