New Forum?
Um... for those who are making games and such... Should there be a forum for that? I desparately want to start a topic on my game, but there's nowhere to put it. Game time won't work, and neither will "Whatever". I can accept it if this doesn't go through, but...

I'm sure Josiah allows custom games in the game time threads. Unless you're talking something really really big, then Idk.

Re: New Forum?
You could put it in the "Video Games" section. If you're specifically wanting to post/ask advice about sprites/art/3d models for a game, that could go in the Art section, and if you just want to discuss the story elements, that could even go in the writing section... but if it's for just general game stuff, I'd go with Video Games.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

I'm with Silver. I don't think there are enough people making games for it to warrant a section of its own.

But we can't have all things in life. So I completely agree with the argument here. I'm just one person among a sea of many... who don't create fangames.
Re: New Forum?
If your games ends up getting so far along and having a lot of popular related threads I might change my mind (please do not take this as an invitation to make a whole bunch of unneeded new threads). But, and nothing against you, most fan game projects never get very far. As a game designer, I can safely say that making a game requires a whole lot more time and work then most people realize.

Don't put yourself down, have some optimism, and, if this is what you're doing, stop seeing sympathy. Move on.Pikachu127 wrote:Don't expect it...Josiah wrote:If your games ends up getting so far along and having a lot of popular related threads I might change my mind.
