Luigi would be John Leguizamo (From the live action movie, except he should have the moustache and accent this time)
Zero Suit Samus would be Georgia Moffett (From the Doctor Who Episode "The Doctor's Daughter")
Marth would be Orlando Bloom (Because if you walk Marth slowly he puts his hand on his hip... and Basically Marth is kinda camp and OB tends to overact. Plus Mum's an OB fan so I wanted to make her go
so I could go 
)Zelda would be Angelina Jolie because she's done the whole kick-ass video game chick before and could do it again.
Ike would be Johnny Depp (Cuz he's much cooler than Marth/Orlando but still has the whole fantasy character thing going on. And because of JD's awesomeness he has to be in there somewhere.)
Bowser would be Ron Perlman(from Hellboy cuz he can do that kind of gruff voice and knows how to work in a strange costume.)
King Dedede would be Dom Deluise (From Stargate SG1 episode "Urgo" is very funny^^)
The Pokemon and Kirby would be CGI.
