Games I've Played Recently

I beat Mega Man and Bass a few years ago. Don't remember it being too tough.

The levels themselves weren't too bad but there was no E tanks and it had two of the hardest robot masters in the series (Burner Man and Dynamo Man). Plus, some of the fortress bosses were a huge pain in the neck depending on which character you were playing.

So I started on the VN "Ef: A Fairy Tale of the Two.". It's visually amazing compared to most VNs that I've played.
Also, it's really a shame that I could do nothing but pirate this game. I mean, the developers are so xenophobic to block us from their site and also make sure that their sames are never exported out of Japan. They even said "If you want to play the games so much, come over to Japan and buy it."

That's weird. Japan always has been a touch racist though and has some odd misconceptions about people from other countries... Even if the developer doesn't let places like Palet Web or Play-Asia sell their games outside of Japan, you might be able to find a copy on ebay or find someone on Yahoo Auctions Japan (Japan's big online auction site) willing to ship to the US.

Fallout 3 and Patapon here. Finding Patapon while packing was possibly the worst (or best?) thing for my free time this summer.

Trying to finish FFIV The After Years before Mario Galaxy 2. If I have time, I'd like to finish Disgaea as well. And I'll probably sneak in Portal somewhere too.

Has SMG2 come out yet?? I really want that game! As well as Portal 2, I saw them both featured in the (I think it was) 201st gameinformer which I get~ It looked really really... epic XD.

Played through Portal yesterday. To summerize, it's got clever game mechanics though the game is so short that they never really make full use of them and witty writing. I could complain about a few level design and control issues here and there, but for the most part it's pretty good (through really short). Looking forward to seeing what they do with more of a full length game.
