Round 4: The Village of Shadows

I think we should choose a leader first.

[Metalheadz]

"Since I have the deadliest power, as of now, and I've been leading the way for a while. Why don't I be leader?"

[Phonox]

"Two things. Two." Tod held up two fingers to emphasize the point. One. I'm going to say this flat out. We shouldn't have a leader. We can't have a leader. If Takeru was the leader, Caperoff would oppose it. If Caperoff was the leader, Takeru would oppose it. The only person here that all of us maybe willing to follow is Kako, because under her, most likely we would each get to voice our opinions before deciding on a course of action. It would still essentially be a democracy." Tod took a breath.

"Two, and a very important point. We need to be more careful. We can't just wander around haphazardly. Now, I don't really think death is a possibility here, or at least a very large possibility, but who knows what can happen. We aren't on Earth. Nothing is what it seems. Everyone, please, be more careful. Think things through." As Tod finished, he couldn't help but think that he wasn't getting through to anyone.


"Oh, I really hope death isn't a possibility here." Tod thought as he looked at his wrist watch, then once again used his X-ray vision to once again check out his surroundings.

[Winters Rage]

"Ok, whatever, rat-like things, I just want to get out of here, I mean, we are in an amazing place yet all we are doing is just standing here chit-chatting and getting squeaked at by rat/mice-like things, I want to get out of this ally." Chris said losing patience with all this waiting "I don't want to sound ugly, but please can we just move?" He said.

" I think Tods right about wondering around haphazardly, we should stick together with this. And as fair as leaders go we could vote on everything." Smiles thinking about it to herself. "That way everyone gets a say on what we do. And we probably should get some plan together, in case we get separated or something." Remembers W.S asking about crayons."That reminds me." She digs through her side bag taking out a sketch book and a pencil and still looks for something."I don't have crayons but I do have these." Holds up color pencils.

"I'm with chris, the sooner we get out of this alley, the better. It's really creeping me out." Richard paused. "I wonder what's making those squeaks? I don't think i've heard anything quite like them before. "

[Winters Rage]

"Let's just... find out later... there are portals waiting to be found." Chris said as he walked to the end of the ally.

[Eclectric]

"I'm going to try something. I'll see if I can get a look at the lay of the land." Eclectric climbs up one of the walls like spider man and climbs towards the top, trying to reach the roof.

[Kaida]

"Electric wai- oh to late" Kaida said as Electric seemed to move away. She managed to grab Chris before he got anywhere. "Since Electric has decided to do whatever, it'd be best to stay here and wait for him to return. We have no Idea where we are, what to expect, and we can't see anything." Kaida said calmly. "The worst thing we could do at the moment is split up, in the last 3 rounds I've been in it happened, but it wasn't so bad because we could see everything. Here it's different" She explained. She honestly hadn't minded splitting up that much in the previous rounds because where they ended up and relatively safe apart from the other teams.

"Not only do we not know where the rest of our team is, we don't know who we're up against so we wont reconise them, we don't know what item's or powers they spun." She explained "Not only that but we're also at a disadvantage because being from Earth none of us never even heard of this game, and we defiantly don't know anything about other sentient races that participate."

"As for the Squeaking sound my bet is what ever it is can smell the popcorn." Kaida said. "Here" She said taking the popcorn from Chris. She grabbed a handful and walked in the opposite direction to what Chris had tried to go and left a trail of it, once she was about 10 meters away, as she estimated by her steps, she held the bag upside down and dumped a whole heap onto the ground then returned to where Chris and Richard were, found Chris and gave him the bag of popcorn back. Then she waited to see if her theory was correct and if it worked.

[Metalheadz]

He shook his head. "It's hopeless, it's still colorless. Just find something apart of you easily recognizable and we'll get around easily." Takeru begins walking around the city with the fireball in his hands.

Thinks and fallows W.S puting color pencils back in bag but keeping sketch book and pencil out and starts to sketch out the layout of the land. "Well I have a side bag I don't see anyone else here with one." Thinks. "What if theres clones of us walking around?This is a black and white world could there be other kakos running around?!"

[Winters Rage]

"Erm.. Well, fine, I'll let him go, and yes, 'Earth' has never heard of P.P. before, and knows nothing about it, therefor we know not of the other races, right? Well, they know nothing of us either, since we don't exactly have aliens living us, and the 'rats', well, I suppose that's a good idea, just kinda weird that you can hold a bag of popcorn upside down and pour it all out, yet it still be full, just a bit to weird for me... Anyways, when Eclectric comes back, I'd really like to get out of this ally, even for the sole reason to find the other people from our teams, but if we don't move from this place soon, I'm just gonna go on my own." He finished.

[Josiah]

GROUP 2
The colored pencils, along with everything else in Kako's bag, were also black and white sillouettes. Looking around, the group saw that they were in what looked to be a residential area. The houses were nice, though not very fancy. Most were two stories and had small yards with fences surrounding them. The ally they'd come from was situated between two particularily tall buildings, perhaps large houses or small apartment buildings. The small street they were on stretched off in two directions, with a few other equally small lanes branching off from in both directions. A ways to the left, it looked like the street ended at a large park.
Tod's x-ray vision could see inside the nearby houses, but he didn't spot anything that seemed unusual.
((Though your characters don't know it, you're currently in the area on the map marked as the Middle Class Residential District.))


GROUP 3
As Kaida hoped, the squeeking sounds moved off in the direction of the popcorn.
After climbing what he though to be about 20 feet, Electric hit his head on something. Feeling the area above, he determined that the ally had a ceiling of some sort.

((no offense or anything, but you guys keep spelling 'Eclectric's' name wrong >> that or he is spelling his character's name wrong every time.))
"Ok, well atleast the squeaking is gone..." He said quietly to him self *Thud* "Umm... that didn't sound good... Eclectric, are you OK up there??" He said curiously.

[Eclectric]

"Yeah, I've had worse. There's a barrier of some sort. It's possible that we're in a tunnel or a cave. I think I should test it by striking it with the hammer, to see if it's really solid or if it's just a thin wall."
