"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

They walked back through Cerulean City then down to route 5 and through the underground tunnel.

<span style='color:red'>As they almost reached Cerulean City, Mat just can't get rid of a question in his head. "Hey, uh, Teruko? I've been wondering..uhh...about asking to a date...ummm...maybe it's better off being just friends." he said, trying to look happy. "Besides, you probably have someone else in your life...so maybe I was a little to hasty. I mean we just met! Heh heh..yeah...hey look! We're at Cerulean City already! I gotta do something fast. "My Natu's evolving!" she squealed.
Nori grew much taller, and she spread her large wings happily. The Psychic Bird raised her head in the air and cried "Xatu!"
"Xatu, the Mystic Pokemon. Its two sets of eyes supposedly enable this Pokemon to see into the past and future."
Hoshi hugged Nori tightly. "All our work paid off! The years of traveling together!" she gushed.
"Congratulations." Teruko and Mat said. "Now, lest we get delayed again, let's move it." Teru added.</span>
Mat rushed ahead of the girls to the pokemon center, but bumped into a blue haired kid that looks as old as Teruko. He wore a red T-Shirt and long blue jeans. "Sorry!" Mat apologized. "I was in a hurry, I didn't see where I was going!" </span>
<span style='color:blue'>"That's okay," the kid said. "Hey, I'm looking for a girl. Uhh...she looks like this." He took out a picture of him and Teruko.</span>
<span style='color:red'>'B-But that's Teruko!' he thought to himself. "Y-Yeah. I...I saw her back at the entrance of town..."</span>
<span style='color:blue'>The kid's face lit up and helped Mat to his feet. "Thanks! By the way, my name's Imakuni!" And the blue haired boy ran off.</span>
<span style='color:red'>'Imakuni...I heard of that name...is he Teruko's boyfriend?' Feeling a little broken hearted, Mat made his way to the pokemon center.</span>

"Stupid girl." she muttered. Turning a corner, she spotted a bench to rest on. "Hoshi! Found a spot to rest for a few seconds!"
"Nori, return." Hoshi recalled the Pokemon and ran over to Teruko. "Nice city, ain't it?" she said. The two girls sat down together.
"Good thing you stopped thinking of Imakuni, eh Teru?" she added. Teruko nodded. "He wasn't much of a boyfriend anyway. Everything scared him!" she recalled, brushing her black hair out of her eyes. Hoshi laughed. "He was always such a nerd, too. Annoying person to travel with." The two girls talked on about him, until Imateru suddenly burst from his Poke Ball.
"RIYAA IYA! RIIIII!" Imateru squealed excitedly and ran down the street.
"What?! Where are you going?" Hoshi shouted. Teruko sweatdropped and a panicked expression came over her face. "No way in HELL...." her voice trailed off. She abruptly stood up and followed the baby Kangaskhan. Hoshi ran after them, quite confused.
Imakuni walked slowly down the street, his eyes to ground. Suddenly, a small weight clamped down near the back of his feet. "RIIII!"
"What?" He turned around. "No way in Hell! Imateru!!!" He picked the Pokemon up, tears coming to his eyes. Imateru made cute, babyish noises.
Teruko stopped at the corner, her eyes wide. "Imakuni!" The boy turned around at the mention of his name. "Teruko-chan!" He ran over and tackle-glomped her to the ground.
Hoshi watched the scene, quite disturbed. "What in the name of Lugia are you doing still here?"
Imakuni grinned. "Sightseeing! And my word, have I been greeted with a lovely sight!"
