Mafia
Re: Mafia
What a way to go;;; I wouldn't be surprised if you rewound the footage several times to laugh, Faus.
Re: Mafia
Either way, it doesn't change the fact that he was killed. Any thoughts on the murderer?
Re: Mafia
I bet I was just an insignificant obstacle that happened to be on the path at the time. v: But yes, who told me to be at that particular location, at that particular time, just to watch as I fail to follow the ways of the indestructible cockroach?
Re: Mafia
What Josiah said. What matters is that Yuki was murdered by possibly both types of fan girls, so do your best to stay on topic and find the culprit.
...Or you can choose not to avenge Yuki. Either way works for me.
Also, does someone have the number for Ghostbusters? Yuki's being unusually vocal for a dead guy.

Re: Mafia
Whoops, sorry Faustgy.
Let's see, murderer...
I voted for Poison last time, so I'll give her a break. That leaves Silver and Josiah. Um...Silver hasn't posted yet, so I'm going to go with Silver until he posts, and then see if he or anyone else say anything to change my mind. I can switch my vote, right? Or rather, at what point can I not switch my vote?

Re: Mafia
Yeah, you can pretty much change your vote until the narrator updates things.
Hmm... Isis is pretty quick to point a finger at Silver, who probably hasn't posted yet because he's busy with things like shading the character art for Aurora's Nightmare. She's also letting Poison off pretty easily, despite her former Mafia ties. Maybe Isis took over Poison's position and is looking out for her predecessor... Yeah, I'm going to vote for Isis.

Re: Mafia
(I've been on Reddit, wasting my life away. I almost forgot about this...yeah.)
Hmm...Well, that's an interesting idea, Josiah. One Mafia member looking out for an ex-Mafia member...though I would normally expect them to kill the ex-Mafia, but either way...
Well...I'm a bit tired right now, it being 2:30 am...and I've been eating absurd amounts of smarties, so I can't focus at all. I'm going to throw logic out the window tonight and just make a random guess...using my list randomizer!
*Randomize* ... *Randomize* ...? *Randomize* ...uhh... *Randomize* ...It appears the list randomizer really wants me to pick Josiah.
Well, randomness hasn't failed me before, so my vote goes to Josiah!

Re: Mafia
I was busy doing... work. I was supposed to be off, too! But John "suddenly" needed to take like a week off... because his wife had a baby. That usually isn't a very "sudden" thing... and so I got to cover for him. But you don't care about that, now do you?
I vote for Josiah, because that's what poison's doing and I like Poison. Also, Josiah works way too hard and deserves to get some sleep. So I say we let him sleep... with the fishes.
...That sounded like a pretty "mafia" thing to say, didn't it? But see, I just meant, 'cause like, I'm saying he's the mafia... and all... not that I am... er...

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

The howling wind has been keeping me awake again. Well, "howling" doesn't seem very accurate. "Shrieking" seems to fit better. It reminds me of his screams.
Isis started off by pointing her finger at Silver, partly because she believed the current incarnation of Poison was innocent, but mostly because she found Silver's silence suspicious.
Josiah, believing her accusation to be completely groundless, quickly rose to the defense of his loyal... follower(?).
Poison decided to leave her decision to luck, and apparently, her luck hated Josiah. A lot. In any case, her luck created a three-way tie, leaving it up to Silver to make the final call on who should be killed.
...And he chose Josiah. Perhaps "loyal" wasn't the best adjective to use... Or could one consider his decision to spare Josiah from further work and suffering as an act of loyalty? I must ponder on this some more.
Ah, but I digress.
Now that a scapegoat had been chosen, I acted swiftly and ran over the alleged murderer repeatedly with a golf cart.
...Well, I would like to imagine it as such. The truth is, the others simply took Silver's suggestion to heart and dragged Josiah away. When he started screaming protests, they quickly knocked him unconscious to keep him quiet. With the fiend defenseless, they left him to sleep with the fishes. Literally. Until Josiah actually drowned, anyway.
It was exciting while it lasted, I suppose. But even though the supposed criminal is gone, I find the return of peace oddly disconcerting.
...No, I shouldn't think that way. After all, the Mafia is gone for good.
...
Right?

...Poison, what kind of list randomizer were you using? It must be omniscient, because you guys got the Mafia. Congratulations.
On another note, I'd like to join the next game. In hindsight, it was a bad idea to narrate when my muse had abandoned me;;;

Re: Mafia
Oh, just Random.org. I use it when ever I need a random number, a list to be randomized, white noise, static-y pictures, or even a random time of day.
Well, I guess that just goes to show ya. Sometimes, randomness is better then logic!

Re: Mafia
Yes, especially since there IS NO LOGIC in this game. XD But wow, I can't believe we got the Mafia in one shot AGAIN.
So, I'm in again for the next round. If no one else wants to, I can narrate the next time.
Good job narrating, Faustgy. Your deadpan writing off of each doomed person was greatly appreciated.

Gee thanks, Silver.
That's the last time I stand up for you.
Anyway, I'm in for the next game, as always.
