I've never really been one for travel... Getting away from home is nice but I can do that in the next town over, don't need to leave the country. That said, I would really like to get to Japan some day... Also, Alaska. Or like supernorth Canada. Northern Lights, man.

And yeah I opened a topic for the Pokemon... topic. Yes.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Hi! I've been traveling a lot my whole life for a variety of different reasons and I don't really intend to stop. It's more than just getting away (though that can be part of it). There are just so many places and things to see out there, but it's more than that. It's also realizing how different other countries and even states are (no need to leave the country, there's a lot of great places to visit in the US). The lifestyles, the culture, the food... Once you've done some serious traveling it becomes hard to stop. You learn a lot and it keeps life exciting.

Speaking of the northern lights, I would love to see them someday. Alaska looks cool too, since I'm a hiker and all. There are some other countries I'd really like to see but currently aren't on my list due to safety reasons (health and/or crime) such as Egypt, India, and Africa.

O don't think I would like to travel for months at a time, but I am going to make a point of going on holiday every year somewhere new I think.

In 2006 I went to America then didn't go on holiday will 2012. That felt weird as I used to go every year as a kid.

I forgot how much I like going to other countries. It can be a little scary but so rewarding as well.

Hi! It's been a while. How's life?

Nothing too exciting to report here. Hawaii is nice but I'm spending the majority of my time watching anime and working on Aurora's Nightmare (which isn't really a bad thing). I mean, I've spent lots of time here already and I'm bound to spend lots more here in the future.

From what I hear the new studio Ghibli movie is be out in the UK now , the Wind Rises http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wind_R ... oks%20good. Its nice when you hear about anime films being talked about on the radio on the way to work. Means its going a bit main stream, which means more people are enjoying it.

I have a chronic ailment of Narcotizing Postitis. It's where I accidentally come back to life after being dead for over 2 years (Sun Nov 13, 2011 12:56 pm) and bring back threads that haven't had posts for 3-5 years .-.

Hello!

Hi! Not much to say at the moment since I've decided to finally go out and do some hiking and really need to get going soon. Things are going well, and all that. Also, welcome back Winter!

It's been life. Had a fire last month which lasted all morning. Thankfully nothing of ours was destroyed.

And on the internet side of things, Shin almost shut down the TKT forums, but had a change of heart courtesy of Big Will. Which brings me to something I've been meaning to say.

I know I've drifted away from here to the point that I don't feel much of a connection anymore, but for what it's worth, this community is still one of my favorites. Never once did you guys turn ugly or buckle to trolls, and I'm proud to come back here whenever I can.

Either way Aura will still probably get kidnapped. :B

Hey you guys!

Man, I was gone for a while there, wasn't I...huh. Yeah, no reason as to why. Just kind of put off coming here time and time again and then eventually became a bit oblivious to this place's existence. Happens every so often with me. Bad memory, and all that.

So what have I been up to?...A lot, but also very little.

I guess the major announcement would be that, around a month ago, I finally picked which college I'm going to! I'll be at SUNY Albany this fall, right in my state's capital. To be completely honest, I'm almost petrified to be leaving home, but hey, building character and all that. Plus, if I do need to get home for whatever reason, I can just take a train back. Also, a bunch of people I know said that, if they're in the area, they'll come for a visit. Hooray for friends and family who understand my discomfort with leaving home!

In more current news, my entire town is currently on the verge of drowning. With the massive amount of rain we've been getting, there's minor to major flooding all over. My back yard is a marsh and our neighbor's back yard has become a shallow pond, complete with ducks swimming about. Doesn't help that most of the town sits on top of a large deposit of clay. No absorbing water around here. Nuh-uh, nope, no way. We'll just have to hope for some dry weather to come soon...maybe with a bit less humidity, too.

Finally, 'ello, 'ello to everyone that came back/decided to pay a visit! Good to see other people returning and dropping by, even if it's only every so often.

And, that's about all I got. Like I said, a lot happening, but also not so much. On that note...
Stay radical people!

Hi! I hope the flooding doesn't get too bad, Poison. Congrats on choosing a college though. I think most people are nervous about leaving home at first. But, assuming you can keep your priorities straight, it doesn really help you grow and become more responsible.

As for me, I've got one more week in Hawaii and am currently in a theater waiting for Godzilla to start.

Hi! For sprite stuff, the art section.

Godzilla was pretty good, though not on the same level as Pacific Rim

Thanks. Also HA! Godzilla was JUST as amazing as Pacific Rim. They could have done SO MUCH to mess it up, but they didn't!
