I wasn't here for the past few days because.... I got FFXIII and Pokemon SS.I also got a special event pokemon using my new Action Replay DSi. It was a Pikachu colored Pichu. This Pichu lets you get a spiky-eared Pichu, which cannot be obtained using an Action Replay, and also cannot be traded. You have to get the Pikachu colored Pichu, then you go to the Celebi shrine in Ilex Forest.
Whoo. o3o
I've also been playing a lot of SS. Decided to go ahead and play as far as I can before I get access to a second DS to start trading starters over.
...except now my starter is a fully-evolved Meganium, the rest of my party consists of a Pidgeot, Ampharos, Graveler, Machoke, and Quagmire, my Red Gyarados is some sort of super-anti-dragon-secret-weapon (at least she did well against Claire), and I'm currently trying to catch Lugia.
oO'
Might not want to restart my file after all this work...
Hi! You know, BFC, Gamestop was giving away those Pikachu colored Pichus about a month back. Mandi, if you want the other starters, you could just do what I did in Diamond, breed your starter and hatch a couple eggs then put them up with trade on the GTS and ask for the other starters in return. There's usually enough people trying to complete their own sets that it's easy enough to find a trade partner.
That man won't quit so long as he can draw breath. None of my teammates will. Me? I've got a different problem. I feel like I live in a world made of cardboard. Always taking care not to break something, to break some one. Never allowing myself to lose control, even for a moment. Someone could die. But you can take it, can't you, big man? What we have here is a rare opportunity for me to cut loose, and show you just how powerful I really am!
Hi! I had a pretty long day working on that mystery project I mentioned in my PV news post, fixing computer stuff, grocery shopping, and cooking stuff for tomorrow's potluck. You'd think that, being unemployed at out of school, I'd have a lot of free time but things just haven't been working out that way...
Well... I'm home alone for the next 3 hours. I wanted to go to PurplePrincess' business presentation but... my mom's away for the weekend and my two siblings are with my dad somewhere far off for either a soccer or hoceky game... or something like that... so, yeah, kind of disappointed about that...
And I'm supposed to go to a birthday party today, but I have a meeting I can't miss and would only be able to be there from 10:15 to 11:00 at night... I feel like that's kind of late to show up, especially since my dad won't want to pick me up at 11:00. Still deciding what to do...
And.... yeah... teaching myself guitar... I'm kind of lonely right about now :(
May the Triforce be with you.

Looms but the Horror of the shade,

Heso! I kinda know how you feel about now, Saber... So Colly's in the High School's musical, Fiddler on the Roof. And that's great and all and I can't wait to see the show... but she's got rehearsal until 8 PM every day all week, and then there's the show, and I obviously won't see her much then. Except for when she's on stage, and I don't know how much that really counts. And this weekend? Yeah, we both work at Burger King, but the weekend schedule is like this: I work 5-9 Saturday and 11-5 Sunday. Colly works... 11-5 Saturday and 5-9 Sunday. It's like it was deliberately planned so that we wouldn't see each other at all... and as for my other friends? Most of them are in the play, too. God, why did I have all underclassmen friends? I hardly had any in my own grade, and even the ones I did are all off at different colleges anyway... alls I've got left is Krenich, and she's busy with work and stuff too.
But at least I have my Pokemon...
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate." Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.
Been going through the same thing as everyone else regarding the hunt for a job, etc. Although in my case, it's more of a sense of honor and dignity kind of thing. (I don't wanna be a manchild for the rest of my life)
But on the bright side of things, Kamen Rider Decade is crazy awesome and I love it.
I know how you guys feel (Josiah, Saber and Silver), I don't have many freinds within visiting distance, I work and sleep, and Next month I'm off to tafe which means when i'm not at tafe or sleeping I'll be doing multiple assingments( aparently 7), studying and getting ready for my practicles, all of which happens in 3 weeks.
But yes Kaida is finally booked into her 3rd block of tafe, and after that she can get her head chef to sign off her book and hopefully get her boss to sign her off on her apprenticeship in acouple months so she can finally be qualified and say "See ya's later, I'm changing industrys".
*Sigh* Just a few more months... I'm really sick of working for disorganized employers.

Hi! You know what's annoying? Waiting to hear back from the companies I've had job interviews with. I mean, I know it can take a while to sort through all the applications and interview data and decide who to hire. That said, having to wait for several weeks or more is annoying, especially when I'm not sure if I should keep waiting until I hear back or start applying to some of my backup jobs. I'm pretty sure I could get said back-up jobs easily enough (which is why they're back-up jobs and all), but it'd suck if I got hired for one of them only to finally find out afterwards that I got picked for one of my first choice jobs.
