Lucca is a pure fire type.

And for critical hit, roll the highest sided die, and choose two numbers. If it rolls one of those numbers, it'll be a critical hit.

Ok. Lucca, smokescreen! Eventually, you won't be able to be hit at all.

You won't last long enough for that! Let's see... I think that's like a 10% accuracy reduction.
((Highst sided die for critical? I'm assuming you don't mean a d100 so I'll use a d20.))

Thrash continues for a second round and... It hits, it's a critical (woot!), thrash ends and Pupitron becomes confused.

No, she really meant a d100. Using a d20 is waaaay to easy to get criticals.

Smokescreen again, lucca!

Technically a d100 is two dice but anyway... Using a d100 would make criticals too hard to get, they're not 'that' rare.

Ok, I've got a 20% ACC reduction now.

You're doing a lot of damage Pupitron, keep it up! Try Thrash again! *Rolls for confusion, accuracy, and critical.* The attack succedes and it hits.

Curse you sudden but inevitable betrayal!

Go, metabee, I suppose. Use harden.

Crud, I don't have anything that'll do much damage to Metabee... Well, since your harden move is the start of a new round, I'll take the oppertunity to switch out Pupitron for Azubuff.

Actually, I'm switching Azubuff with Pupitron and since switching always activates before attacks your attack hits Pupitron instead. Since I used my turn switching it's your move again. But since I swapped it out an in, Pupitron's accuracy is now back to normal and it's no longer confused.

Wait just a second. I ko'd your azubuff. As you said, switching takes up your turn, and I attacked after you switched. You can't switch twice in a row......

What Josiah is trying to say is that he switched for Azubuff, then as you take your turn to attack, he switched for Pupitron, so Puptiron would take the attack, and that would be his turn, now it's yuor turn again.

Basically, here's what happened.

Turn 1 (well, not really 1 but it will be for this example): Pupitron KO'd Lucca with Thrash and you sent out Metabee.

Turn 2: I switched Pupitron for Azubuff and Metabee used Harden (you posted your attack first but switching always activates before attacks).

Turn 3: (once again you posted before I did since your pok?mon was faster but as I said before, switching always happens first). I switched Azubuff for Pupitron and Metabee hit Pupitron with Iron Tail for a critical hit.

Oh, and just so you know, I wasn't trying to read ahead to see when would be a good time to switch. If you had used an attack instead of Harden in turn 1 I still would have sent out Azubuff and let it take the hit. I just wanted to get Pupitron out and in to get rid of its confusion and ACC reduction.

Understand now? Anyway, it's your move whenever. And remember that I did land a hit or two on Metabee at the beginning of the battle.
