Hey.
Was gone all day yesterday....church retreat. And right after that I rushed to my friend's birthday party, getting there late. Stayed t'til 11:20-ish though. I was going to sleep over, but I'm super busy again today and I needed to get SOME rest, so my friend's mom brought me home (since my parents were at a play).
It was very fun. My friend (who's birthday party it was) is an 8th grader, and I'm a 9th grader. She also invited four other ninth graders, but two of thme left at 7-ish. So, me and my other two friends had a war against the 8th graders. Of course, they didn't know it was a war, but it was fun all the same. :D

I really don't want to go back to school tomorrow. Since my last midterm I've been off on a four-day weekend. Oh well, at least I enjoyed my time off.
Two projects Dice, ouch. Better finish. And trust me, don't leave it to the last minute.

Hehehe. I don't have to go to school tomorrow. The school system probably (and correctly) thought that it didn't make much sense to go to school on one day, stay home the next, then go to shcool the rest of the week. Oh, and I started this weekend pretty well, might I add. Friday night, my band had a party from 7 to 11, and it was awesome. Some kids brought over a Wii and SSBB, there was pizza, burgers, and loads of cookies, and there was a DJ playing music. I even got to be a large ham! When the DJ was playing Thriller, I danced along with everybody who wanted to dance, and at the end, we got to roll around on the ground. I was clawing myself to some of the poeple who were watching, and when Thriller ended, everyone was lying down like they were dead. Some one came up to me, and I acted like I was having a seizure! Also, when Kung-Fu Fighting was playing, i got to show of my martial arts skills! Basicly, I got to let my hair down, so to speak, and enjoyed myself greatly. I'd hate to find out how I act when I'm drunk.
Oh, and yesterday, I went to the local music academy for an All-West mock audition. Basicly, All-West is a band with all the best students from the regon. Anyway, after everyone did their little audition and were packing up, the judges came up to me and said I was one of the better clarinets. And if that wasn't enough, I went to the Amro's music store to trade in my plastic clarinet for a wooden one when I saw my tutor there! He helped me pick out which clarinet I should get(Buffet international) and a mouth peice(Vandoren M13). He also gave me the theme from The Terminal because I've been asking for it. And if that wasn't enough, my dad managed to talk his way into buying both clarinets, my mouth peice, and my music for around thirteen-hundred dollars. This may seem like a lot, but considering that the wooden clarinet was around fourteen-hundred and the plastic one was about two-hundred dollars, it was a steal!
So, ya. Good start to a four day weekend.

Me...not so much. I'm almost positive there are some viruses on the computer, ecause random popups keep appearing and avoiding my friend the popup blocker. It also happens when I'm just randomly in the middle of typing. Type type type....BAM! A popup!

Heso! I got my SAT scores back today. 690 Reading, 610 Math, 620 writing. I don't know what any of that means, but... the thingy says I scored higher than like 85% of last year's bunch, which I'm pretty sure means that it would be a waste of time and money to take them again. So I say hah! to my dear grandmother, who was flipping out about taking the stupid SATs as many times as I possibly could.

Hi! SAT now has three sections, with a max of 800 points earnable in each. Can't remember what the average score is, but anything in the 600's is pretty good. I only took the SATs once too (back when it only had two sections) and I got 690 in both. It doesn't really hurt to take it a second time (never know, you might score higher) but if you get a good score the first time it's not neccessary unless you're trying to get into a really really really tough college.Silver wrote:Heso! My computer is le sad. We installed the anti virus stuff, but there's this one big ol' virus that it can't get rid of. My dad says it's because it infected the operating machine, or something. Well, the virus is making EVERYTING online annoying. :(
Oh, and we had another hockey game yesterday, which we lost. I did get the MPV award, though.
And, yesterday I randomly deided to play Guitar Hero III, and got past the song I was stuck on in hard mode (3's and 7's) as well as the song I was stuck on in expert (rock and roll all night). Yay.
