Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."

Battles usually take two turns. It's kind of more important that the SDC is in the second post, because if SDC isn't in the post I'm quoting, I'll often forget after going to check if the victorious IPA would learn any new attacks...
