The first one with no number: NO! You pick an IPA from the current list in the Wild IPA topic, more specifically one that hasn't already been KO'd, and you battle THAT. Once all the current wild ones have been KO'd, new ones appear.
1. Opal started it in November of 2005, which you would've known if you just checked the date fo the first post, and I took over in January. So I've been doing IPA for nearly eight months, but it's been around much longer than that.
2. What do you mean 'How long does it take to make an IPA'? What, you think I time myself? "Ok! I'm going to make a new IPA! Start the timer!" Well, making sprites usually doesn't take long, but there have been a few that were a real pain... Metairon and Pupitron took a while. Deciding on types and abilites obviously doesn't take long... and then it's learned moves and compatible TMs. TM lists are kind of tedious and annoying, I suppose...
3. MS Paint and Pokemon Elite 200. As I have said many, many times before.
4. For the love of fudge crackers, just read the last two or three pages of this topic!
5. For the SIXTH TIME, the reason D/P Pokemon aren't in IPA yet is BECAUSE of the new evolutions. Magneton got an evolved form; Dodrio didn't. Togetic got an evolved from; Altaria didn't. We can't have one half evolving and the other half not, and I can't put in a few D/P Pokemon but not all fo them, so there are no D/P IPA.
6. Because, you know, I've already planned every IPA that's ever going to be released. How the heck should I know if one with no weaknesses is ever going to show up?
7. I don't know, I don't read the manga. I prefer buying manga to being a cheater and reading the scanlations, but I can't buy the One Piece manga because it's been corrupted by 4kids. I mean, they don't do the translation so they can't censor everything and its brother, but they call Zoro 'Zolo' to be consistent with the anime.
Any more questions that you wouldn't need to ask if you at least partially read these topics before posting in them?

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Um assuming you did that in paint you can change the size of the sheet pretty much the same way you change the size of a window (no not the minimize button) and by the looks of it you've saved it under a bad file type since its gone all pixely/fuzzy.
