I'll post a full set of tournament rules in the not too distant future and we can all critique them a bit. As far as switching goes, it can be annoying but if someone is going to switch you get one free hit on them so it kinda events out...

Woot! Finally beat the elite 4 on Pearl. The champion was too annoying. I finally beat her Roserade by using Weavile and my own Roserade and drain all it's moves using pressure and the resistance of Roerade and left it with only Extrasensory. Then just have my Weavile take care of the rest :)

I always just killed the champions Roserade in 1 hit with a Psychic from Alakzam

Ya, well strange enough for me, I didn't have a psychic pokemon on my team so i had to do it a diffrent way.

And got the first of my 3rd gen teams on my Pearl. Made sure I kept a copy of them just incase :)

The battle tower sucks. How the heck are you supposed to get 100 wins? Ok, it's not like in Ruby/Sapphire where half the guys just spam instant death moves but still. Seems everytime I have a decent streak going I'll lose thanks to some really bad luck (like the enemy getting a critical at just the wrong time or surviving a hit that really should have KO'd it). Then there was my latest streak which was ended thanks to a Dusklops that would use Toix then procede to spam Protect (which worked way more times in a row than it should have done) plus it had Leftovers so by the time I'd actually get another hit in it had completely healed itself.

I caught two of the three fairy pokemon (the ones at the lakes). Still haven’t beaten the E4 yet, but then I haven’t tried them 4 a while. I’ll level up to 60 with all my team before I try again. This may take a while.

ok, well, someone messed with my game and I had to get a new friend code, but now it won't let me go on wi-fi, and not just for the Bf1 of the pokecenter, bet the GTS and the battle tower as well. could anyone help me?

And now I know why the battle tower sucks so much. Took a look on gamefaqs. Turns out someone hacked the game so they could catch the battle tower pokémon and found that they have max EVs in all stats (something that's not actually possible with pokémon you catch and train). Plus, they tend to play with luck to their advantage by dodging moves with 100% ACC, constantly hitting with low ACC moves, and the like.

Since they hack I'm so very tempted to hack right back to get the 100 wins by getting a wondertomb and battling (A spirtomb that is hacked to have the move wonderguard) since nothing can do a critical against spirtomb, save moves like foresight or status changing moves, than I also will include a sweeper, maybe a FEAR Rattata too...
