Xain and Cali: What will you do when you get to the Trick House?

"Right now, I'm focusing on getting Brendan and May out of the cave and on to the next town and Cali has no itentions of letting Xain into the cave (plus they want to get ahead of Brendan and May again). Also, if you look back through the archieves, you'll notice that Xain and Cali are usually only shown when they're together with Brendan and May or when I briefly switch focus to different characters every hundred strips. Xain and Cali will be showing up again before too long (relatively speaking anyway). I don't want to say exactly when but it'll be way before the third gym."

To Proffessor Birch: Some of the Pok?mon in Kanto got to Hoenn (Oddish for example), but others (Like Gastlee) don't appear in Hoenn.
Can you explain that?

"It's not that they 'got here' or 'didn't get here'. They were either here or they weren't. Oddish for example are a species of pok?mon that is native to many parts of the world including Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn. Ghastly, on the other hand, doesn't happen to be native to Hoenn."
