Zanther just smiled and a ball appeared near by. Inside was Tsuekasa. "You hit me with that attack and Tsuekasa gets the full force of it too. And as an extra mesure if you get near me for the time being the ball that contains Mahri will compact in size getting smaller the closer you get to me. And when a solid object is inside something that gets smaller, well you get that picture."

She flew down and landed on the ground, a fair distance from Zanther
"Cast free your captive forgotten shadow of an old battle, you are a puppet, and a puppet should not be able to pull strings"

She threw down the holy dagger, and they hit the groun

"Let them go, and take me on hand to hand. You claim you are as powerful as we are, so put up or shut up"

Shauni lifted her hands up, and they took the form of the cursed talons

"O you will get your wish. But first I want to fight Neo again. Your last victory should of never happened. A fluke. You got very lucky with your monster. And I can pull my own strings now since I have noone else to do that. And you think you might of killed me. But I'm a quick learner and was able to mimic Metalmorphs ability but with a downside. I did loose my body and was turned into a mist where I drifted to this forest from Neo's memories. And having left a pice of myself still in Neo when we fought Hellion I found I could still have some control over Neo later but his fears and the like gave me streagth to reform and now you see me today. And much stronger then the last battle. The effect of Neo being able to be controlled by his darkness has given me that power.

And for the captives. Tsuekasa was bait for Neo to do what he just did. As for Mahri I have bigger plans for her. Her powers will be quite useful. And her SoS should be almost done. I learned much from Hellion as I watched him make the other SoS's. Shauni's shadow and I were the first to be made and were the most rebellious. So he made other's without soo much free will. Anyway, there is still a dark shrine in this forest not too far from here. You can go and try to free it if you want. Meanwhile I want to challange Neo to anther battle. And Josiah you can fight too. But there are special rules to this engagement. Only 1 monster each and no using your own special abilities. And for more of a twist, the looser gets placed into a card. So what do you say?"

"Heh, I'm game if it's ok with Neo." *Josiah returned to his normal form.* "But I think you're overestimating your powers. I doubt you could beat us one on one, much less together."

"Or perhaps you're the one overestimating himself. Now Neo, will you accept my challenge?"

((Assuming Neo accepts, I'll use Virgo as my monster and ask Silver to lead the others to destory the dark shrine. Just in case someone posts before I get the chance.))

"Excelent. Now as soon as the rest leave we can get started."

Note: 2 monsters in the Shrine.

Necromancer- Dark/Shadow--> 3/3
Attacks:

Instakill- low hit but ko's target if successful
Shadow Ruin- massive area damage
Assassinate- Leaves target greatly weakened
Mighty Guard- Reduces user's damage from attacks by 75%
Dark Shadow- reduces visability. User can still see.

The thing about them is that though they may be 3/3 the have the stats and stuff of 4/3 as they are one of the strongest monsters in ROM that have been sealed up in the forest. :)

Her eyes softened "I pitty you, I really do, your nothing but a remnant of a greater power, a child who's found his father's gun. You feel you have power, but its a true warrior that does not have to use it"

"Do you even have to ask." *She smiled.* "No way we'll lose to a shadow."

"Ok then. Looks like Shauni is set on staying." *Josiah glanced warily in her direction.* "But it'd be good if the rest of you could handle that dark shrine. Silver, you're in charge. Simeon... I can't really tell you what to do so do what you want."

Zanther begain to chant and symbles begain to light up on trees and soon a barrior like thing appeared around them. "This barrior will make sure all the rules are implied in this battle. Now I chose my Monster. Come on out Chaos Necromancer!" Though the clearing the monster showed up. It looked ugly as it looked powerful. The thing had a large mouth full of sharp teeth and a well built body. "I trained it myself. The Necromancer it'self could never achive this form without training. It's power rains up there with the God Monsters themselfs!"

"So it can stand up to a god monster huh. The I summon Kuiia!"

"Hum, intresting choice. So shall we begin?"

Chaos Necromancer- Dark/Shadow--> 4/3
Attacks:

Hyper Cannon- A devistating breath attack.
Shadow Ruin- massive area damage
Assassinate- Leaves target greatly weakened
Mighty Guard- Reduces user's damage from attacks by 75%
Chaos End- Calls upon the powers of Chaos to deal heavy damage to non-zombie/dark/shadow monsters.

"You know, we're the ones who defeated the god monsters in the first place." *Josiah was unphased by Zanther's monster.* "Virgo, Divine Gift!" *The spell activated instantly, increasing Virgo and Kuiia's attack and defense.*

"Hah, your little boost is a waste of time! Your girlfriend will be the first to go! Hyper Cannon!"

*Chaos Necromancer shot a giant beam at Virgo but, when the light faded, she was gone.*

"You can't beat what you can't hit." *Josiah grinned, his Supreme Haste card in his hand.* "I used Syphon Touch too, just for fun. And, in case you haven't noticed, your monster has a major weakness to light. Now Virgo, Heavenly Spear!" *Josiah leaned over towards Neo.* "Hurry up," *he whispered,* "you can get some free hits while he's distracted."

While Chaos Necromancer was taking damage Neo made his move. "Kuiia use Dragon Rage!" Kuiia sent out a large ball of fire was sent to Chaos Necromancer.

"Nice work you 2. But I did say gods. This think can hold it's own aginst 2 of the gods at once for quite some time. That is why they were locked in this forest. For the Necromancer in a trainers hand could beat anyone that dared to challange him. Now Use Mighty Guard!" A barrior showed up around CN and then faded. It's effect still in place. "Now use Shadow Ruin!" Chaos Necomancer built up energy and released it from it's body and qucikly spread out in a circle with energy all inside. It was quickly moving to Neo's and Josiah's Monster and themselfs.

Silver, angrily mumbling something about how sick he was of Neo getting all the attention, lead the remainder of the group towards the Dark Shrine that shouldn't even have still been there since they defeated Bowen. But whatever. At least he finally had SOMETHING to do. "Man, that Dark Shrine shouldn't even be there since we defeated Bowen! But whatever. At least I finally have SOMETHING to do. Seriously, it's like, what the heck! Shauni's got a new problem every five seconds, and Neo suddenly thinks he's all that and a fudge crackering bag of chips! I hope Josiah kills stupid Zanther here and now... then maybe things will go back to normal. And by that I mean, I want SOME plot significance! I'm just a glorified extra!" Silver complained. Arco Iris - who was still out of the card even though they were walking to avoid... um... something... bad - rolled its eyes, unamused by how much of a pain in the rear Silver was being.

Opal looked at Silver as he ranted on.
"Relax Silver...things could be worse. Like, there could be a pregnent girl, and the father of the child is dead, but the evil twin brother killed his brother so he could have the baby before a girl called Jessica could find out that he was the evil brother that had the family fortune because the father's a coma." 

"Good point." Silver said as they cam to the Dark Shrine.
