DMH wrote: Damn, I was going to ask the ghost pokemon question today. Any way, Josiah, do you make the comics on the spot, or do you have a pre-written script that you add to when you have a spare moment/idea?
"I have a script of sorts but it's in my head, not written down. There are some strips I plan out in advance (sometimes way way in advance). For others, I usually have a general idea of what I want to happen in the strip (Brendan and May walk to the store/fight a random trainer/etc) and try to come up with a good joke for the situation."
UchihaXBlad3 wrote: To May and Brendan: how much damage do you guys suffer from when using TMs and HMs?
"Well, they seem to target the pok?mon more than us but we often end up getting caught in the crossfire, so to speak. Other than that it really depends on the TM. Seed shot was just annoying, except for when it self destructed, but some other the others really hurt."
DMH wrote: Prof. Birch, Can a pokemon kill a human? It's just that their attacks do hurt people, but they seem to be fine in a few minutes
"You need to keep in mind that so far all the pok?mon that you've seen attack humans have been low level and therefor have fairly weak attacks. However, yes it is possible for a pok?mon to kill a human although it's extremely rare."
To May and Brendan or to any trainer for that matter:
Are any of you ever bothered by the thought that your craming creatures into contaners smaller then there own size (in many cases several times smaller) and then leting them out only to fight other creatures?
Mumbals: "you people are sick... just sick"

"It's really not that simple. They're not crammed into the balls. It actually works on the same principle as the computer storage system, converting matter into energy and vice versa. Although I can't really explain the technical stuff. And we do let our pok?mon to walk, eat, and stuff like that."
DMH wrote: Guy who planted the tall grass: What possessed you to do that?
((Sorry, can't find the picture right now.)) "I like tall grass. I think it helps give the town a nice country look and since regulations say that tall grass isn't supposed to be planted in the town itself, I figured the road was the next best spot."
