Hey,

This weather, man. It's hot. It's cool. It's windy. It's humid. Make up your mind, mother nature.
Worst part of this constant flip-flopping of weather is the big pressure changes that come with them. Due to all of these fronts coming in and out, the pressure's going up and down like mad. The trees, grasses, and weeds are sporadically producing pollen, too.
All of this adds up to me getting bad headaches with the changes in the weather and my ears will not stop popping.

So, all in all, I think I'm doing pretty good. The weather, on the other hand...

Anyway, time to go back and finish up some final projects for school while listening to a guy do some proof-of-concept programming using command blocks in Minecraft. How fun.

Hi! My China trip is almost over. Tomorrow I'm off to the Great Wall and then Sunday I fly to Japan. I will say, I'm looking forward to having a good internet connection. It's been slow everywhere in China and this hotel in particular has been driving me crazy.

haha, I remember my first hotel with internet. I was 14 and they had two PCs in reception with a dial up connection at it was around £5 for an hour.

Man, I try not to use the internet when I'm away, unless it was like when I was in Japan to stay in touch with family.

I like to feel disconnected when I'm away, so things are not distracting from my holiday. Only time I tend to read a book is on holiday. I'm saving War Horse for while I'm in Italy. I go in July, can't wait!

Hi! Sadly, with things like my web site, work related stuff, and various personal communications, I don't feel like I should ever really stay off the internet entirely for more than a day or two. That said, I'm not nearly as obsessed with it as some people I know.

I tend not to go online when I'm away traveling or staying somewhere else. It's not that I'm trying to stay away, but for various other reasons. At my Grandmother's house, the internet is slow as all heck, so I'd rather not go on for the sake of my sanity. My great uncle's house up in the Catskills doesn't get internet. Camping has it's obvious reasons for lack of internet connection. Anytime else, say I'm staying at someone's house for a day or two, I feel like it would be discourteous to spend a lot of time online (like I usually do) so unless they offer me their computer to use, I normally won't ask to use it unless I really need to.

Of course, when I'm in the comfort of my own home I will not hesitate to go on the internet when I can. I wouldn't say I'm obsessed, but I might be somewhat grumpy if I was denied my internet access. Actually, I would be very grumpy. Especially if I was in the middle of a video or something.

Hi! Personally, I could go for a while without my web comics, video game news, and other stuff I use the internet for. It's really just the e-mails, web site, and work related stuff since I don't want to leave the site unupdated or miss an important communication.

Facebook, webcomics and e-mail is all I tend to go for these days as well. Still in internet poverty where I live, so no online gaming.


It took me 5 trys just to connect to pokemon bank last night

Hi! Well, I do use the internet for online backup and Netflix (when I'm home, anyway), which are pretty bandwidth intensive. Not to mention some large file uploads and downloads. But those are things that usually aren't overly important when I'm traveling.

Wish I could get Netflix. I have SO MANY DVDs because I can't stream movies

Hey,

I mainly just go on YouTube and Reddit, occasionally check up on Twitter and Tumblr for various news and going-ons, and of course e-mail. Netflix is something I only go on every once in a while. It gets a bit slow, especially on my old computer, but I can manage it.

In other news, WOO! I'm officially done with classes. Only four finals to take over the next week, then comes graduation (and my birthday, which happens to be on the same day), and then I am done with high school. Also, we had a final countdown at the end of school today. A few people brought air horns. I have no idea where they got them. I am only slightly jealous.

Blah, so thats my summer. God I look out my window and the house over the road has a large two stories high flag over there first and second floor windows....great.

Hi! I have Netflix and a ton of DVDs. Netflix is cool but it doesn't have everything and you get better video quality and all the extra stuff with DVDs (or Blu-rays).

True that but you buy a DVD and the movie ends up rubbish, feel kind cheated.

Hi! Yeah, I rarely buy a DVD of something that I either haven't seen or am absolutely sure I'll like (unless it's really cheap). Netflix is my go-to for stuff I'd like to check out but aren't totally sure I'd like enough to buy.

Randomly been drafted into a Forum Game. Sounds pretty fun at least LOL. having a good week here in the UK. The weathers been great, unlike our performance in the world cup. Two loses and now we have to wait to see if someone does worse than us to see if we scrape through to the next round.
