Oh deeear, I think I may have hit a nerve with a friend of mine, I have learned not to do the dumb thing that I did. But in other occurences, SKYRIMMMMM. Though I'm going to have to wait til X-mas to get my chance to glue my face to my tv as I have done with New Vegas, as I am attempting to conserve the very limited amount of money in my possession. Damn you arkham city.

Moi,

Well...I do believe that I've re-discovered my childhood love for Guns n' Roses. As a young** lass (And I use that term quite loosely), I absolutely loved Guns n' Roses' Album "Appetite for Destruction", my favorite songs being "Welcome to the Jungle" and "Paradise City". Around six or seven, I forgot about them and got into other music. A few days ago, I was looking around my dad's computer for an old file, and I saw that he had "Welcome to the Jungle" on his iTunes. I decided to look up the music video, since I don't remember seeing it when I was younger, and wanting to give it another listen to.

...Oh my gosh. I only now realize how much I liked them. And also, out of the 'classic' group of Guns N' Roses members, Slash is still my favorite...My gosh, I still want that hat so badly!

Heh, a bunch of my guy-friends have been blabbering on about Skyrim. It's actually making me interested in what it's about. Last week, they were all saying how probably a fourth of all the students in the school would be skipping this week of school just to play Skyrim. I was laughing about their joke last week, but today, I noticed that quite a few people were 'sick'...hmm...it's either this blasted cold that's been going around for the past few or so, or they might have been correct in their assumption.

Either way, not really my problem.

Anyway, all's pretty well with me. Stay rad peoples!

I've always liked bugs, you know. I think bugs are pretty cool. I was the type of kid who would go outside and always come home with a caterpillar or two. I remember one time I gathered up a whole bunch of gypsy moth larvae and I was so excited because I found a ton of them, but then mom told me they were evil and I shouldn't keep them. I kept them anyway. They all killed each other. I'd go out and collect grasshoppers sometimes, but then one day my uncle decided that they'd be great fishing bait and I didn't really want to collect them so much any more. And whenever some more threatening bug made its way into the house, I was the one called on to get rid of it - bees, wasps, those big ol' furry spiders... And I never killed them 'cause I felt bad about it. I mean, they didn't come into the house with the intention to sting, bite, or terrify us. They probably wandered in by mistake, or were just attracted by our central heating. I knew they didn't mean any harm, so it seemed pretty unfair to slaughter them. And I was never really intimidated by them anyway, just because I knew I could kill them so easily. A rolled up piece of paper would do them in, fragile little things. I mean, I wasn't so bold that I'd just pick up any spider I came across and play with it, and if I found one crawling up my leg I would get a little freaked out, but I know I can do much worse to them than they can to me. Ticks and mosquitoes don't even phase me anymore - they'll rarely even come near me, but on the off chance I do get bitten, I legitimately don't feel it. While Colly complained of one tiny mosquito bite on the wrist, I had chiggers all down my leg and didn't feel a thing. Me and bugs... we're pretty cool.

That said, these things really freak me out. Seriously. Found a cricket in the house, caught it and let it out side. Next day, find another one in the same exact place, repeat the process. Five times. Finally stops. Months later, walk into bathroom, no sign of bugs. Leave and turn off lights. Return minutes later because of some forgotten detail. Crickets on the floor, in the sink, by the towels, everywhere. Tiny little baby crickets. Go into the kitchen. More crickets. Catch a few, let them go outside. While getting them out there... a giant cricket jumps into the house!

Eeeh... I like bugs... really... I like bugs. I think? Yeah! Yeah... bugs are... good... or something...
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Hi! I like bugs! They're comfy and easy to- wait, something's wrong here.

I like most bugs. The only exceptions are houseflies. For good reason, though, because of an instance in my childhood when one decided my ear was going to be their new home.

Hi! I've got no problem with bugs, so long as they don't bite me and stay out of my apartment. And I'll usually catch and release ones that do manage to get inside, with the main exceptions being ants (too small) and cockroaches (just don't like them). Fortunately, I usually haven't had much trouble in that regard. Though there was one year a long time ago when my family's house got invaded by an insanely large number of moths...

Anyway, nothing too exciting going on at the moment. Went to Japan Club language tables yesterday after work, doing assorted chores and working on Car Washer and, if I have time, my visual novel today after work. That's really about it.

Silver, I level with you on those things. I'm certain one was on the wall in my art class today. Course, I'm deathly afraid of them and spiders due to the fact that both of them have sneaked up on me while I was taking showers. Yeesh. Both were pretty damn big. Things that happen in forth grade still affect me, leaving me with arachnaphobia. I still run as fast as possible as far away as I can from even the the tiniest little spider.

Hey.

Yeeeesh, that's pretty creepy, Silver. I'm the same, though. Whenever my mom gets called on to take care of a bug, she kills it, but I always do my best to get them safely outside... one day at school, I found a bug in class and went so far as to ask my teacher if I could run outside and let it out.

SO it's tech/hell week for Fiddler on the Roof! Quite an adventure! Today, our runthrough took one hour less than yesterday's... but we also didn't have to runthrough To Life twice this time. Yeeesh, that song's an adventure. Regardless, it's a ton of fun, even though I am a little freaked that opening night is Thursday.... I've no time to work on the To Life dance, but I need to because it's written for absurdley talented professionals and I am NOT one of those, so I've been bringing my music to class and tapping out the fingerings... eh, I think it's kinda helping.

Hi!

Sounds like you have one heck of a cricket problem, Silver. :drop: I'm a fan of bugs, myself, and that's why everybody at youth group hires me to handle the stinkbug problem we have. Every once in a while when I was little I'd let the caterpillars crawl up my arm and let it tickle. Good times, lol.

In other news, this week has been okay. I should probably do some editing on my English paper now, however. My band and I have a show scheduled on my school's talent show, and I'm really looking forward to it. We're also hoping to play in our city's local band fest, which I'm trying to prepare them for, too.

Peace out!

Hi! Only being able to stay a week or two ahead of my classes in terms of completed lectures, assignments, etc is pretty annoying. What's even more annoying is knowing that I'm going to have to do it all over again next semester since I'll have different classes and probably aren't going to get much time to work on them before this semester ends.

Hey.

Rehearsal for Fiddler went from 3-10 yesterday... didn't leave much time for homework. Tonight's opening night. Oh, and I just learned that my friend's parents might be getting a divorce, but I wasn't supposed to learn that (I eavesdrop... not one my redeeming qualities) so I feel like I can't ask her about it. Not to mention some old conflict I thought had died a year ago is rearing it's ugly head, so I've got that to juggle.

Overall: Just a liiiitle bit stressed out.

I might cry. For tears of joy and of sadness. Neku is in the new freaking kingdom hearts game, my freaking favorite video game character of all time who I most identify with out of all the books movies and games I have experienced. (Yes, Marluxia is not the person who I identify with.) Also, in much more depressing news, my friends grandmother hath passed on. I truly do feel bad for them. As for you Saber, I wish you luck with whatever ailments you are facing.

Hi! It's a little late, but good luck with Fiddler, Saber!

I just got back from Disney's Animal Kingdom! It was lots of fun and a nice break after the busy week I had. Pics and a write-up coming Wednesday.

Wow, that sounds like a serious bug problem, Silver. If this was a horror movie I might suspect they were trying to take over your house...well, they might be trying to take over your house anyway, but in a less threatening, non death-to-all-humans way and more of a this-looks-like-a-nice-place-to-stay way. Those buggers (just realized the pun) were in the bathroom of my elementary school. Freaked me out.

Animal Kingdom! I remember that, so much fun. I remember we went really early in the morning on a relatively cold day, so there was no line for the River Rapids. We got to ride it like five times in a row :D. There were these two guys in the raft with us, but they bailed out after I think the second time.
We had to dry off with napkins.

So close and yet so far... you're in Pennsylvania and I've gone to Stevenson Land. Also known as Mary Land, but with less spaces and capital letters. If only we went over the river and through the woods to Grandmother's house instead, I'd be in PA too.
