Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
Hey.
The site has been crashing a ton for me, too. I've kind of given up going on as much because it usually dies on me...
Well.... I just got back from the cast party... and then it really hit me that it was all over. I'm like... wicked upset now, which sucks because now I don't have a few friends around me. Even though I knew like 4 people in the cast (well, friendly with, rather) I had a ton of fun at the cast party just awkwardly being that one kid from the band (since I was the only high schooler in the pit orchestra that was on stage and less orchestra, more band)... It was just such a fun show to be a part of, I wasn't nearly this sad after Sound of Music last year... RENT is just such an incredible show... I'm gonna miss the ridiculous practices and the hanging out with PurplePrincess (who was in the cast) and a few of my other friends that I really just don't see as much nowadays. Gah... I could never stand when we got to the end of a show. I mean, when softball or hockey season ends, I'm usually ready. I'm never ready for a show to end, though... Gah....
Excuse me while I go cry in a corner while listening to RENT music... God that was such a great show... If only I could have actually been an actor in it.... I mean, I love being in the pit, but I miss acting sooo much I don't know what the hell I'm doing because being on the stage is my favorite thing in the world....
I just came to say goodbye love, goodbye love. Came to say goodbye love, goodbye.... just came to say goodbye love, goodbye love, goodbye love.... goodbye...
My favorite song in the show.... Goodbye, RENT </3

Site is down half the time for me.
Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
Hi! My host is blaming the site crashes on my ISP. I'm not so sure that's the problem but I don't think I can get them to do anything else unless I can convince them otherwise. And maybe it is the ISP... But only if we're all using the same one. Can everyone who has been having site problems please e-mail me the name of your ISP (the company you get your internet access from)? Since the site keeps going down, instead of PMing or using my PV e-mail, send your answers to JTL9000@aol.com

We interrupt this program to bring you an update on Doodleshark's computerbox:
The hard drive has now been wiped, and my computer now functions properly again. I spent most of last night downloading basic stuff such as Windows updates, AVG and video card drivers... Not that this matters much, since I wanted to upgrade my computer for Christmas even before my computer got effed up. This morning I ordered a desktop that was on sale at FutureShop.com that has far better memory, RAM and processing power than my old one. In addition to this, my stepbrother has agreed to sell me his old videocard, which is capable of running Crysis on high. (Or so he tells me...) I'm gonna sell my old computer for money to pay off the new one, and since Christmas is coming up, I only have to pay a fraction of what I would have otherwise!
Happy times!

Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
Guten Tag! (just came out of german class...yeah...)
Blah, today was fun~ Me and my friend were causeing our normal trouble...ehh...I mean...hanging out during free periods...yeah, that's it!
I so happy~ tomorrow (wednesday), Thursday, and Friday, I have off for Thanksgiving! (one of the only holidays I really can say I actually "celebrate", other then Halloween and a few others.)
I was going to go to my great-uncles house over the weekend, (he lives up in the catskills) but, looking at the weather coming, I guess it'll be a while longer untill I get to see him again....Okay, one of the main reasons I want to go up there is to see if I can convince him to teach me how to shoot a gun...yeah, living out in the wilderness, there can be quite a few animals wondering around there. Last time I was there, I saw a bear. It was pretty, kinda, really huge. There also are foxes, racooons, and lots....and lots....and Lots of deer there. You can see why I would want to go there. He has his own nature perserve up there. It's also nice to go walking by this creek that runs by his house. Oh, one thing you gotta watch out for there is...uhh...scat...like from bears...Its...not that nice....

Hi! Doing job applications the day before Thanksgiving doesn't seem like the greatest idea so I'm running errands for my dad today instead. Um, yay...

Pretty much what I did this weekend. Viruses suck.Doodleshark wrote: The hard drive has now been wiped, and my computer now functions properly again. I spent most of last night downloading basic stuff such as Windows updates, AVG and video card drivers...

Hi! There's a reason that Norton Internet Security is always one of the first things I install on a computer.

Happy Thanksgiving to those who live in the United States~
I'm done with college applications for now, so I'll probably be hanging around here more often. Other than that, nothing much has been going on on my end. Just the typical school stuff.

'Lo, peeps! I am currently typing this post on my brand new computer!!!!!!!!17!1 ...Although I can't play games on it yet since I still need to get a new video card. But I am still extremely happy since this PC runs waaaaaaay faster than my old one! And it has a terabyte of memory! Happy days are ahead, people!

Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
Hi! Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving! Mine wasn't bad. Since my mom is out of town and my dad isn't big on holidays I ended up going to a friend's house but it was fun and afterwards I played Donkey Kong Country Returns for a while then went to Walmart at mid-night to take advantage of some Black Friday deals ($10 video games!).
Anyway, I've got a bunch of random stuff to get done today so I probably won't be doing much forum stuff until sometime this evening.

Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
Hey.
Well, it's just past midnight where I live... and I'm not tired at all. Awesome.
Ugh... just not feelin' very great right about now. Stressed, upset, disappointed... the lot. I'm fairly upset with myself because I feel like I can never live up to expectations anymore. Like, I set goals for myself... and I fail them utterly. I said I'd get my homework done by Saturday, and I still have most of it left to do... I used to be able to set goals for myself and accomplish them. Now I start making excuses for myself... and I guess I just let myself down, and I don't like the feeling.
I dunno... all I feel is stress lately, and I hate it. I ALWAYS feel stressed. ALWAYS. No matter what I'm doing, there's always something in the corner of my mind saying "you could be more productive right now, why aren't you?" For instance, I went and got addicted to a case in Phoenix Wright yesterday and played for about 6 hours... yeah, I don't have 6 hours to spare. Whoopsies.
Bleh.
