What I have to say: People who say that are low. The best thing in this situation would be to not respond, I'm sure plenty of people care about you. And what that person thinks, and what is a fact, are two different things. Though by not responding, that person might think that they have won, but as long as you know that people care about you, and not let this pathetic statement get to you, then you are the true winner.

Right... just finished listening to the new Linkin Park album. While it was better than Minutes to Midnight, I still felt disappointed by it. Maybe I should just accept that they'll never be quite as good as they were on Meteora again...

Yeah, Meteora is still my favorite album by them, but I rather like A Thousand Suns. It's...different, but still pretty good. I'm enjoying it a lot. Then again, I tend to judge songs individually rather than comparing them to "what they used to do" so...it could just be me.
I like how Jornada del Muerto has a Spanish title and Japanese lyrics. And The Requiem is just creepy, but in a weirdly awesome kind of way. o3o

I haven't talked to Jeff (aka Ibun) in years, Metal. But Shadowman mostly hands out on the BA forums these days (a big RP that I'm also a part of).

So now that I'm mostly finished with my book, in an effort to increase my chances of getting a job in the lousy economy, I'm taking a home study course to get TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification. It's a big plus when you're applying to jobs teaching English in Japan (or another foreign country). I'd still rather be a game designer, but breaking into the industry wasn't all that easy before the recession and it's extremely difficult now, so I'm looking into some other options while still searching for a design job. And besides that, the certification course wasn't all that expensive and should only take 2-3 weeks to complete.
