Well, I've got a final project of my own to work on today and I'm presenting it tonight, so I've gotta spend the next few hours polishing it up as much as I can. On that note, I won't be looking at PP and Misadventure until either tonight or tomorrow morning (depending how long things take) and I won't be posting The Week of Randomness Winners until sometime tonight either.

My brain is in vacation mode already, even though I probably have several tests just before my break. Well, whatever. I'll just talk myself through it, like I usually do.

Also, had anyone ever switched between different songs of polar opposite emotions just to see how fast you can change your emotions? I'm doing it right now. Switching between a few somber songs to Tom Lehrer and back.

Well I don't do it intentionally, but I have a lot of really upbeat music and a lot of "I hate my life" kinda music and I usually just put it all on shuffle and see what comes up. It's good times.

Has anyone here seen the commercial for the Nightmare on Elm Street remake? It's a shame it's a new actor doing Freddy, but it looks good.

Today went alright. I'm having trouble with FANBOYS these days... My friend is a Sephiroth fanboy of FF7 who won't stop bragging about how awesome he is. Sure Sephiroth is awesome and all, but I don't look at him as a god or the best supervillain ever.

Anyways, I went to Dick's Sporting Goods and got me a bunch of new gear for the season. MLIG :D

Hey.

Ugh... y'd think the boy would be fine by now but nooooooo.... My friend's mom is allowing them to be friends again, but nothing more. He used to hug her all the time. He can't do that now. If rumors of those two dating reach her mom's ears... the friendship is kaput. Gone. Splat. And... he sent her a text saying something among the lines of he thinks he's going to go insane... which she quickly informed me of, because she wasn't sure if she'd be online to talk to him, and I could take her place in making sure he keeps his sanity (well... however sane he might be). God.

Now he's saying "omg u guys need to give me some space. I need to sort out problems by myself." ...then stop ranting and complaining and going "what do i doooooo?!?!?" to us! Now he's freaking out about how he relies on us too much, and now that issues are coming up that we can't help with, he's freaking out. He's ranting about how he needs to learn how to solve things himself... and I just really have no idea what to do with this kid anymore. His dog (that he is EXTREMLY close to) is old and he fears he's gonna die soon. School. Can't be with my friend as much as he'd like due to her mom's new poilcy. He's getting sick. World hates him, no? ANGST! AGH! How do I deal with this, when he's ranting to me about it but DOESN'T want me to help, but then gets more and more upset the less I do, yet if I do stuff he gets more upset all the same?! AGHHHH!

Heso! Wow. Suddenly Colly drama seems pretty tame... she was bad, bot not that bad. That's the part where I'd slap him and tell him to get a hold of himself.

Or ask him if he'd forgotten to take his medication.

But really, I stand by what I said last time... just remember that he's screwed up in the head (don't remember the source, but I've heard that the levels of hormones and whatnot in the teenage brain are comparable to the clinically insane) and he'll get over it eventually. When he regains his senses, he'll appreciate you standing by him through all that.

Let's see... how long did it take before things were fully worked out? It was the end of January that the drama started, though it wasn't anything big then... mid February was when everything hit the fan. By the end of February I was dating Colly... and the drama continued all through March and some of April. April was when things calmed down. So if your situation's like mine, it should only be a couple months before things get better...

Anyway, after all the trouble I had yesterday (rant coming shortly in the appropriate thread) I'm back...only to have trouble getting a couple computer programs to run. Technology seems to hate me this week...

Well last night was the "Christmas" dinner for my group of friends, since the majority of them are in nursing and the last nursing exam was that morning. It was really great, we all got to the house at 4 and cooked until 7, ate way too much and went hot tubbing. But the hot tub wasn't getting hot so the girls all went inside and the guys closed the lid except for a crack and all popped our heads out, it was a lot of fun. After that we had to shower, and 2 of the guys had the idea of showering together to speed things up. Long story short, there were 6 of us in the shower by the end We watched Who Framed Roger Rabbit after that and went home at 3am.

Sounds awesome, right? The thing is, my psych exam was this morning. So I told myself, well there's no way I can go to sleep now and wake up in 4 hours for the exam, I'll sleep through it for sure. So I stayed up, studied, texted some friends, looked at the clock and it's about 6. I look back, and it's 10. I slept an hour into my exam...

I ran up there as fast as I could because my university has a policy of not letting you in after 30 minutes, so I waited outside until most of the class was done and then I crept in and explained my situation to my teacher. After a couple minutes of debate, he (being the incredible guy he is) let me do it - on the terms that I had 30 minutes to do it. Since it was multiple choice it wasn't too difficult, but it gave me exactly no time to look over my answers. I really hope I did well.

tl;dr: Partied, slept an hour into an exam, did exam in 30 mins.

On other news... Do not visit my Squiby account xD I have over 5 pages of those critters Their jut too addicting to not collect xD I'm working on getting all of them now, haha, all (a bit less than) 400 pages of 'em ^^;
Anyways, I'm listing to all of my music on shuffle and I have about 5 or so Christmas songs, for some reason Windows Media Player want's to play one of them like every 3 songs, so now I'm dragged into Christmas songs, downloading more :P
Oh! I even made my own version of 'The 12 days of Christmas' Hehe... It's called 'The 12 days of a Honduran Christmas' or something like that, it goes like this:

Hi! So you know, I'm probably not going to be on as much over the next few days. My parents are visiting, for one thing. On top of that, I'll be packing and then moving out of my apartment tomorrow and Friday. Sunday I leave on the big family vacation to New Zealand and will probably be spending most of Monday enroute (long flight plus time change). Once I'm actually in NZ, we'll see. Supposedly, most of our hotels will have free internet, though there's really no telling until I get there. Also, supposedly, the I should have a decent amount of free time during the nights and evenings most days. Though, once again, can't really say for certain. So yeah, I'll still be around, but it may be sporadic and things like Misadventure and PP will probably be updating less frequently until the whole trip is over and I make it back to Colorado.

Tengo fiestas en muchos clases. Well, technically we're not allowed to call them "parties" because the new principal will rage and ban all social events at our school or something utterly silly like that. So, my parties so far are called: "Dominican Republic Culture Day", "We're eating because Pi can't day", and so on. Of course, some of my classes are already extremely fun because of awesome teachers and students(AP Physics B is awesome), so we're probably going to do something fun and slightly related to the class that day.

So, almost time for the "parties" planned!

Have a fun trip in New Zealand, Josiah! I always wanted to go there once in my life.

Anyways, other than watching VT and UNC basketball, I've been working on my new fanfic project. FINAL FANTASY 7 VS STAR WARS Wooo!!! I dunno if it will ever get done, though... Because I haven't even played FF7 yet, lol. :D But hopefully my friend will let me borrow the game and Crisis Core so maybe it will benefit me in the making of the fanfic and possibly a new comic. I know a lot about it already, such as the Shinra power company and the Gaia. But I don't know enough, because I'd be sued for plagiarism if I didn't follow storyline... But anyways, this project is being scripted right now and hopefully I'll get the chance to play FF7 and complete everything.

My grandpa came back from Florida today with his girlfriend, and him and my parents and aunt decided to have a dinner together. She brought one of my cousins along too, with his girlfriend. You'd think we'd all sit down and have a nice family dinner, right?
Ah, no. My mom fed us spaghetti and chicken parmesan about ten minutes before they all arrived and shooed us off to swimming.
