Wow nice, I've never been in an anime store either! I'm sure there are some lurking around in the Vancouver area, but I still don't know it at all - oh, and apparently my family is considering moving out of the GVA(?) and into a cheaper, more mainland place. It'd make getting around tougher, but then all of a sudden we'd have the money to actually go do stuff Thanks for the recipe Josiah!

Life is still annoying, but I guess it's getting a bit better.

OH! It's supposed to SNOW tomorrow! Wheeeee! YAAAY SNOW! I love that stuff! I'm sure that'll help to lift my spirits.

But.... huuuuge chapter test tomorrow for Enriched Algebra II/III. Biggest unit by far... bigger than any we had in Enriched Geometry. Quadratics. Annoying stuff. Imaginary numbers.... i is my archnemesis. It needs to go throw itself off a cliff. Too bad it's imaginary, and can't do so. THEN HOW CAN I GRAPH IT!? That is the main thing about i I find hard to grasp. It's imaginary. The imaginary axis, however, is something we draw. But... that's not imaginary! We can't plot an imaginary point, because, well, it's IMAGINARY! Not real!

Anywho, wicked nervous for the test. Need to do good. I've done good on the two quizzes we've had for this unit... so here's to hoping I do just as good on the test. If I do as good as I did on the last test...okay, that's not happening ever again, but it's nice to dream... As long as it's better than my ch. 1+2 test.... need to keep my grade as an A.... I think an A- is the lowest I can get and still have an A in the class... my A is too low right now. Gr.

In other news, we're all muckrakers in my 20th Century Studies class. Fun stuff.

your so... lucky.... I love snow.... I America where I lived... it only snowed once every 5 years or so.... here... the coldest it ever gets is like... 60F (15C) I'm never gonna see snow as a child again T.T I'll be like almost 15 or so 'till we move back T.T

Kaida's new job is going well so far. Hopefully she lasts for the next 1-2 years it takes her to finish her apprenticeship. And then she gets to do more studying. Kaida plans to complete her Cirt 4 in Patisserie once she's fished her apprenticeship. But that depends on how she does with the pastry.

Anyways Kaida needs food. Kaida wants Pancakes!

Konnichiwa. I've been to a few anime stores before. Generally I don't buy anything 'cause...everything's based off the anime. I'd rather save up and buy Japanese manga volumes from Book-Off. There have been exceptions, though; a chain necklace with a stylized moon and the kanji "Zangetsu" on it, a phone charm with Byakuya's zanpakutou hilt design, a plastic folder of One Piece chibis, and a Zoro phone charm. I ended up switching the Zangetsu moon with the Byakuya sword hilt; it looks better that way, in my opinion. The entire necklace is pretty heavy, and I stopped wearing it when I started college 'cause I didn't want it getting all rusty from my sweat. oo'
Oh, and I also bought a deck of One Piece playing cards and a small notebook from a convenience store in Taiwan. Plus a giant Straw Hat flag. I love that flag. It's hanging above my bed in my dorm room right now. ^^

Well... I think I did pretty good on my math test, except for one question which I'm really nervous about... most I was able to check my answers on, though, and they were correct. There was one other question, though, where we had to factor an equation, but apparently on the board there was a correction on the test, and it was supposed to be -10 instead of -20, like it was on the test. However, I didn't notice this, but was able to factor the equation and find the answers all the same. I even checked with the quadratic equation. It was when I was talking with my friends afterwards that I learned about this, and am now really nervous. I hope I at least get partial credit.

Football game. Got moved from away to home since the other team's field is apparently in a terrible state. Gonna rock the halftime show :D
